Pros:

Lit confortable

Cons:

- Présence de cafards
- aucun savon pour les mains, ni gel douche/shampoing n’est disponible. J’ai du me laver les mains avec le liquide vaisselle
- prise americaine : adaptateur qui ne fonctionne pas (heureusement que j’avais un power bank)
- Accès difficile au bâtiment

I enjoyed my stay at Grace Residences in Taguig City. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, even though breakfast wasn’t included. The pool area was decent and a nice spot to relax, although it could get a bit busy at times. My primary concern was the apartment’s poor insulation—I could hear my neighbours’ activities, which affected the overall comfort.

Overall, Grace Residences is a convenient place to stay, offering easy access to amenities; however, soundproofing could be improved.

I have stayed here on three occasions and would stay here again depending on availability.

Cons:

When we arrived there were a few nicities that were missing such as toilet paper hand sanitizer. However we were able to make do as we ad picked up some on the way

Had I known that I would have to deal with all that I have listed above, I would have paid more elsewhere.

The property itself was fine but the unit was a different story.

clean and comfortable. not to mention it was very affordable. our stay was only supppsed to be for 2 nights but we extended it to 4. the staff is also very easy to communicate with.
