There is potential for the place but needs some up-keeping or maintenance work.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It was very convenient since amenities are just nearby. SM Shopping mall is also a few minutes away.

Cons:

The wifi connection didn’t work. The place needs some updating too specially with the photos posted in booking.com. The loose shower head holder needs fixing as it always falls when we use it. The wall near the bathroom needs fixing, there is a possible leak or moisture build up that causes the wall paint to fall off. The sofa bed also needs to be replaced as the support is broken when it is used as a bed. The ceiling fan also needs cleaning because of the dust accumulated.

My family had a great time there, the owner is nice and fast to respond with the inquiries. The place is nice and cozy
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and comfy, everything is provided, except there is no hair blower there you hsve to bring your own. Other that that everything is great

Cons:

The elevator in Tower 5 is very slow, need to wait for a bit. Most of the time many people waiting there. Bec. the other 2 elevator is currently in repair.

リーズナブル、立地は良し、清潔感あり
Pros:

コンドミニアムなので、隣接のSMモールでマンゴーやバナナ、梨などフルーツ、大きなヨーグルトを買って食べることができた。
下にコンビニやパン屋などもあり、生活に困りません。
シャワールームには固形石鹸、日数分の使い捨てシャンプーがありました。
ドライヤーはありません。
バスタオルはあります。
フェイスタオルはありません。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が低い、エレベーターが時間帯により20分や30分待つことがあり、かなり不便。

Pros:

Location is close to SM North Edsa, just a few steps away. Stores and SPA are just in the same vicinity.

Cons:

Netflix access needs household update but owner is quick to act and fix.

I shall return
Pros:

I booked this unit in March, this is the third condo I stayed. The place is clean and has complete clean utensils, the washing machine is great. Huge tv with Netflix. Most of all, the host is very responsive whenever we have a request or query Ms Tess will reply asap, you don't have to worry about anything. The place is safe and has a proper ironing board.. proper clothes rack for hanging your washing. It feels like a proper home, they got everything you need in a rental condo. I will book this place again and will recommend it to my friends and family who will visit Manila.
