Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. El apartamento era amplio y limpio.

Cons:

El ascensor algo ruidoso, lento y pequeño para subir con el carro del bebé cómodamente. Y las sillas del comedor bastante incómodas.

Séjour à Madrid décevant à cause de notre logement

Quartier minable: sale, bobo, et bruyant
Odeur d'égout dans l'appartement (permanent); nos vêtements en sont imprégnés
Climatiseur ne fonctionne pas (nous avons ouvert les fenêtres pour chasser l'odeur d'égout et pour rafraichir).
Le capot du jacuzzi ne tient pas. Il manque des caches de gicleurs sur le bas donc pas agréable de se blesser les fesses avec les embouts.
L'ascenseur a un comportement très bizarre: besoin urgent de maintenance
Il manque deux lampes et deux chevets à côté du lit double.
Manque cuillères pour café et thé, verres.
Fauteuils et canapé très vieux et hors d'usage.
Matelas non confortable.

Il conviendrait de venir avec une caisse à outils pour pouvoir séjourner dans cet appartement.

A fuir!!!
Très cher compte tenu des prestations.
Le personnel connait les problèmes, alors pourquoi continuent ils à louer ces appartements?

Buena ubicación y limpieza, pero servicios por debajo de lo esperado

Nuestra estancia tuvo aspectos positivos, pero en general nos dejó algo decepcionados, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos.

Para empezar, la ubicación es excelente, en plena Malasaña, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar de la zona. Además, el apartamento estaba limpio a nuestra llegada, lo cual siempre es un punto a favor. La recepción y la zona de cafetería son muy bonitas y elegantes, y el personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento. El café también estaba realmente bueno.

Cons:

Sin embargo, el apartamento no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas. La ventilación era insuficiente; el baño no tenía extractor, lo que provocaba bastante condensación. Además, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba floja y resultaba incómodo ducharse sin tener que sujetarla constantemente, ya que se movía y acababa mojando todo el baño. También echamos en falta un tendedero o algún espacio adecuado para colgar las toallas, ya que nos quedamos 4 días y teníamos que reusarlas.

Otro punto negativo fue que, siendo cinco personas, solo nos proporcionaron un juego de llaves, lo que resultó poco práctico. La conexión Wi-Fi fue muy pobre toda la estancia, y el sofá cama era bastante incómodo, demasiado duro para descansar bien.

En general, tuvimos la sensación de que las prestaciones no estaban a la altura del precio pagado. Además, los precios de la cafetería nos parecieron elevados y no había ningún tipo de descuento para huéspedes. Incluso el servicio de consigna tenía un coste adicional de 2 € por taquilla, sin devolución, lo cual nos sorprendió.

En resumen, el apartamento está bien, pero creemos que tiene varios aspectos importantes a mejorar. Personalmente, no consideramos que merezca una puntuación de 7,5; nuestra experiencia se acerca más a un 6/6,5.

Nie wróciłbym do tego hotelu ponownie

Cons:

Beznadziejne śniadanie , tragiczna kawa .
Mimo iż bardzo dobre położenie - to w związku z tym pokój położony przy wyjątkowo głośnej ulicy .
Zużyte sprzęty np suszarka do włosów .
