A quiet and convenient location, relative to the airport, main CBD area.
The cellphone network reception was bad at times. But overall, everything else was good.
This is a very nice property with excellent ventilation . It's suitable for families. Its balcony also offers a view of the swimming pool, making it a great place to relax.Speak with the owner, he's also very nice. His son John like doing all host formalities and immediately resolves any issues. Overall It's a fabulous stay.You don't feel like you're staying at another person's Home. You feel like you're in your own home.

nice place protection location with security guards. the guards were polite and helpful to get the taxis we used. the pool looked nice but it as raining
this survey with obligatory fill out is not to my liking at all.
the neighberhood is not very good for tourist you have to take public transport or your vehicule.

They just need some updates like to hang some stuffs in the bathroom in the bedroom too and changes of the rugs in the bathroom they are old already and also in the kitchen and more garbage container in the bedroom

This place is amazing very clean apartment and complex, the owner and his son prompt on all your requests, everything thing you need in the apartment for home to home living got to be the best place to stay for the price in manila will book the maroy on our next visit
No problems at all
I loved every minute of this place, the patio with the pool, the onsite laundry, the apartment itself was top notch. It acutely has me looking into buying one of the units. The TV and Internet worked great, staff was always friendly, and very clean! 5 stars is not enough!
There really wasn't a thing I didn't like so nothing to report here. The biggest thing was the location was not as centrally located as others, but it's still not too far out. Don't let this stop you from staying. I tried three places when there and this was the only one I fell in love with.
RJ met us at 2am to check in. He was a perfect host throughout our stay.
