We had unexpectly stay 2 extra nights in Venice because airline connections. Our party enjoyed
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. Since we were, of course, tourists, they helped us book a water taxi an early morning pick up. They helped us with our luggage and even made us coffee at 4:00am!

Cons:

We didn't care for the 3 flights of stairs of stairs manuveuring large suitcases, we felt very fortunate to have found this 2-bedroon apartment so close to San Marco Square.

Gli spazi e la possibilità di portare con noi il nostro cane. La posizione centrale. L’accoglienza della reception.

Cons:

L’area condizionata che obbliga a tenere la finestra aperta. La pala del ventilatore funziona solamente con la luce accesa.

Pros:

Location and the room was good

Cons:

The apartment was on the 2nd floor (one floor above ground) and no elevator, so had to lift luggage thru the stairs. Kitchen could have had more utensils.

Everything was perfecto!
Pros:

Wonderful location; friendly and helpful personnel; clean apartment, linen, towels; enough of toiletries in the bathroom; tea, coffee and all necessary equipment in the kitchen.

Cons:

Absence of TV( And a microwave or/and a toaster would be a plus)

Good stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Seconds from Rialto and St Marks

Cons:

Due to the floor one bed was at an angle so I had to swap ends. Shower was average. Not an issue for me but there are some steep stairs and no lift for those in need.

Pros:

Excellent location. The apartment could use a coat of paint on the ceiling, but beyond that it was great.
