Appartement ist okay, aber Luft nach oben bei Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die Lage war super, es gab einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Spree. Es war sehr ruhig, man könnte die Fenster verdunkeln. Das Appartement ist relativ modern und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es war leider bei Ankunft nicht sauber und mir bis jetzt unklar, ob überhaupt vorher geputzt wurde. Sogar der Müll vom Vormieter war noch da. Am Einzugstag niemand zu erreichen, also selber noch geputzt. Rezeption ab mittags schon nicht mehr besetzt, aber es wurde sich zumindest am darauffolgenden Tag gekümmert.
Das Internet ist 1x ausgefallen. Das Bad ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist leider extrem laut, dadurch dass sehr viele Studenten dort wohnen, über meinen ganzen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen gab es jede Nacht von 22 Uhr bis 5 Uhr laute Geräusche aus der Studentenwohnung unten mir, so dass ich 7 Nächte jede Nacht geweckt wurde dadurch.

Das Hotel ist leider extrem laut, dadurch dass sehr viele Studenten dort wohnen, über meinen ganzen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen gab es jede Nacht von 22 Uhr bis 5 Uhr laute Geräusche aus der Studentenwohnung unten mir, so dass ich 7 Nächte jede Nacht geweckt wurde dadurch.
