Only had two elevators to accommodate a tremendous amount of guests in the building but made for good conversation while waiting

Great relaxing stay close to the beach.
Pros:

The unit was as advertised...it was super cute. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. The balcony was cozy and offered a nice view.

Cons:

If I had to nitpick, there wasn't a dresser in the main bedroom, so most of out clothing had to remain in the suitcase.

My beach retreat by nick was a great place to stay, I’d definitely recommend people to book with them!
Pros:

I liked how the place was stocked with everything we could’ve needed, beach supplies and chairs, plenty of towels! The place was clean and nice and really cute!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was how far the travel to town and the shops were. The property itself was great tho!

A tropical yet home like getaway that was much needed and appreciated.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the privacy of the location and how it was away from the main touristy area of town. It allowed us to enjoy beaches that were not overly crowded, but was still an easy drive to the city for dinner, shopping, etc. The owners went above and beyond with everything from decor, household items needed on the trip, and always responded to messages within 5 minutes any time we had a question. We are not able to travel often so were relieved when were able to tell very quickly upon arrival that many things had been thought out for us as guests that we may not have thought of when planning the trip. We cherished this much needed getaway and are blessed to have been hosted by Nick and his family at their beach retreat.

Cons:

I do not have any negatives from our trip. Very thankful for all of the thought and attention to making sure that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
Pros:

I liked that it had very easy access to the beach. The property was also very clean and had all the necessary appliances. I liked that it had different amenities and that there were beach chairs, umbrella & other things to borrow.

Cons:

The smaller bed & pull out couch were very uncomfortable.

Super cute condo!
Pros:

Condo was super cute! It was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. My girls loved the patio swing and all of the photo ops. It was a close walk to the beach. The indoor pool was perfect for the days it was too cold for the outdoor pools. The condo was about 23 minutes from town which was nice to be away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay here!

Cons:

The condo didn’t have a washer/dryer inside the unit. They did have a communal laundry center (not my favorite) but it was alway in use. The bed in the flamingo room was very firm, felt like I slept on the floor. We were planning on using the sofa bed but it was really a chair bed that wasn’t long enough for an adult to sleep on. It was uncomfortable to sit in. I couldn’t imagine it would be comfortable to sleep on. The furniture isn’t the same as what is pictured for the living room and patio. The condo is definitely smaller than what the pictures show. The building hallways were filthy. Looks like they have never been swept/mopped. We saw the same trash on the floor everyday.

Absolutely wonderful beach getaway!
Pros:

Great location. Beautifully decorated. Easy access to a beautiful beach.

Cons:

Significantly smaller than pictures made seem.
