Pros:

Abbiamo preso l'appartamento per 3 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima, ampio parcheggio e zona tranquilla. Servizi (colazione, sala giochi, ski room, vasca all'aperto con accesso dalle stanze) perfetti. La titolare Anna è stata molto premurosa, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Da ritornarci!

Pros:

La titolare è gentilissima ( a fine soggiorno ci ha anche dato un vassoio di crostata fatta in casa), l'ambiente era pulito,buona e tranquilla la posizione. Il divano letto comodo ( cosa rara),noi abbiamo usufruito del monolocale con balcone e cucina.

Cons:

Sicuramente l'assenza della doccia,la vasca doccia è pericolosa per stare in piedi, inoltre il vetro solo parziale rischia di far bagnare il pavimento. Quindi si è costretti a fare il bagno seduti ogni volta nella classica vasca.La cucina è veramente piccola suggerirei di fare trovare il frigo già collegato elettricamente e magari accompagnare le persone nella stanza all' arrivo per qualche breve spiegazione.( Io non sono riuscito a spegnere ed accendere il TV se non direttamente dallo stesso) ,la luce della cucina è poco intuitiva . Essendo stata la prima settimana di settembre il riscaldamento era spento ed i 5/6 gradi serali si fanno sentire ,ma non si può farne una colpa alla direzione.Non capisco i due piumini singoli su un letto matrimoniale

Le giuste dimensioni del monolocale. La posizione

Cons:

Il frigo non aveva lo sportello interno della zona freezer e ghiacciava tutti gli alimenti.
Alcune mancanze di accessori per cucinare.

Bellissimo soggiorno in splendida posizione
Pros:

Struttura molto comoda per la posizione, vicina ad alcuni impianti di risalita, al noleggio e-bike e sci e non lontana dal centro. Gentilissima e sempre disponibile la proprietaria nel fornire indicazioni e informazioni su percorsi, cose da visitare e fare, acquisti, locali, ecc.

Pros:

Le premure, la disponibilità e la cortesia della signora Anna. Pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dei propri ospiti. Tanto da coccolarci con due merende settimanali pomeridiane squisite, a base di tisana e crostata alla frutta preparata da lei.
Eravamo alloggiati in un monolocale con vista sulle Pale di San Martino, uno spettacolo!
Appartamento pulito, fornito dell' indispensabile. Ho apprezzato pure trovare un set per il lavaggio dei piatti.
Inoltre, c'è la possibilità di fare la sauna e l' idromassaggio che non abbiamo utilizzato.
Altra cosa molto apprezzata la guest card per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente e poter accedere a musei, visitare castelli o partecipare ad altre iniziative gratis.
Il Residence Ski si trova in una posizione strategica, comoda al centro del paese, alla fermata del bus, vicinissima alla cabinovia che porta alla partenza della funivia per arrivare sulla cima Rosetta, sulla direttrice per il Passo Rolle, ottimo punto di partenza per i nostri trekking.
Da quanto ci è piaciuto soggiornare qui abbiamo deciso di prolungare il nostro soggiorno.

Amazing and very family-friendly!
Not only I was given a very large room with a breathtaking view, but the entire hotel is equipped with lots of entertainment for kids/children! There's a small playground just in front of the building, plus an indoor playground in the basement! Can't ask for more when traveling with the little ones :)

fantastic hotel and facilities. highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartment size,cleanliness, view and balcony, the outdoor jacuzzi was unique and the spa, and Anna is an amazing hostess! The complimentary pastries and tea were also very welcome after a full day skiing!

Cons:

we needed towels for the spa, which would have been nice to have upon entering the spa.
