Cons:

Le logement est dégueulasse ! Je ne vous le recommande pas!
Moisissure dans la salle de bain, Hotte, cassée, toile et d’araignée au plafond, lit dur
De plus les murs sont super fin, on entend les gens bourrés !
Le parking qui est noté sur le logement est situé à cinq minutes à pied certes, mais ne fais pas partie de l’hôtel, ni même surveiller, il y a également des Cracked qui squattent.
J’ai essayé de leur faire comprendre mon mécontentement, ils nous ont même pas changé de chambre ou bien fait un Remboursement, aucun geste commercial
Le personnel est désespérant, et m’en foutiste de la situation.
Vraiment je ne vous le conseille pas du tout

Buen Alojamiento
Pros:

Excelente ubicación a pasos del metro, entorno al edificio tranquilo, con acceso a supermercados y tiendas. La habitación cómoda, amplia, tenía una pequeña cocina ideal para quien quiere prepararse algo por la mañana, tenía todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, había también un refrigerador. Todos los días hacían limpieza y cambiaban las toallas de la habitación.

Cons:

Solo 2 cosas no me gustaron, la primera no servía el aire acondicionado de la habitación, si bien aún el clima está agradable 22-24 grados por la tarde, en la habitación se sentían unos 30-32 no se podía dormir ya que el calor era insoportable y no había nada cómo para minimizar la sensación, mantuvimos todo el día el balcón abierto pero ni así se podía. Ya en la madrugada cuando bajaba la temperatura era que se podía conciliar el sueño. Lo segundo fue el estado de la ducha, si bien servía perfectamente, estaba oxidada y las líneas de las losas o cerámicas de las paredes estaban negras signos de suciedad.

Pros:

Posizione centrale vicina alla metro M1. Stanza ben attrezzata con cucina, frigo e microonde. Letti discretamente comodi. La simpatia di Salvatore alla reception.

Cons:

Odore di fogna ai piani bassi, muri sottili, si sentivano i vicini chiacchierare. Ambiente troppo caldo, climatizzatore non gestibile autonomamente.

O preço.

Cons:

O quarto não teve nada haver com as fotos. Muito calor, o ar condicionado não funcionava. Os estores estavam estragados, entrava muita luz. Pedi um berço e não colocaram. A simpatia dos rececionista deixavam muito aquém.
