Pros:

Die Wohnung ist hübsch, modern, geräumig und sauber.
Sie liegt sehr zentral, direkt 100 m vom See und der Promenade. Der Ort ist wunderschön. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine sehr gefragte und leckere Pizzeria. Tipp: Besser nicht erst ab 20 Uhr hingehen, sonst steht man in einer langen Schlange 😉
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein Spüllappen und Abtrockentücher wären schön gewesen. Es ist leider nicht möglich zu duschen ohne das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen.
Die Wohnungsdecken und -wände sind sehr hellhörig.

Location was very good, close to everything, good restaurants.

Cons:

It was hard to find the office to pick up the keys, we were not advised in advance that we had to look for this office as it was not at the location we were staying and parking was a problem while we were looking. The fridge at the property was not working or the TV, that was a down side as well

The best location for many sports activities, daily trips and evenings promenade in Riva/Torbole.
Pros:

Perfect location and communication with Vasco Renna Team. Very clean apartment, well equipped spacey kitchen with high quality WMF cooking pots, pearl white towels.

Pros:

The apartment we initially booked wasn't available due to some water issues. However, this didn't make much difference to us as both apartments are similar in size and design, and both overlook a noisy street.
The apartment we stayed in is quite spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets provided.
The location is convenient, close to the promenade and numerous restaurants and bars. Additionally, the parking is just a 7-minute walk away.

Cons:

The apartment is very noisy, even with the windows closed. There is a bar right below the windows and a road nearby, causing noise almost 24/7.
The bathroom has a low ceiling right next to the shower, making it a perfect spot for head injuries.
The pillows were uncomfortable.
While it was a minor issue and didn't affect our stay much since we were out most of the time, the living room layout is poorly designed. There are two big sofas but no coffee table, and the TV set is placed in a corner, making it almost impossible to watch.
