Pros:

Posizione buona e casa nuova, ben tenuta.

Cons:

Tutto bene ad esclusione del check out, purtroppo la Signora non è stata contenta di ospitarci nonostante tutto si stato riordinato e pulito e trattato come a casa nostra, a suo dire eravamo troppi nonostante fossimo tanti quanti dichiarati.
Signore al telefono molto gentile e cordiale.

Pros:

Мені все сподобалося. Близько до моря, до центру, до ресторанів, до сусіднього містечка взагалі пішки можна дійти , тобто розташування апартаментів дуже зручне. По приїзду апартаменти були вже готові і господар нам дозволив набагато скоріше заселитися. ( За це йому окреме спасибі).
І ще що важливим є - це чистота. Дуже чисті апартаменти, надзвичайно.
Апартаменти були з 2 спальними кімнатами( що для нас є теж дуже важливо , враховуючи ,що нас 6 ), простора тераса , паркінг 3- 4 хв пішки від апартаментів.
Дякую за такий хороший відпочинок.

Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto. La stanza era perfetta, lo staff super disponibile e molto molto gentile, la posizione è davvero perfetta.

Pratico e comodo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cordiale e disponibile.
Pros:

Struttura pulita e ristrutturata recentemente, presente aria condizionata, frigorifero e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, su richiesta è possibile utilizzare la lavatrice presente in un’area comune.
Personale cordiale e super disponibile.
Perfetto per ogni tipo di esigenza, prezzi in linea con la media della zona, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Avendo scelto un monolocale è stato perfetto per il nostro breve soggiorno(4 giorni), se dovessimo soggiornare per periodi più lunghi cercheremmo una soluzione con spazi più ampi di cui la struttura è fornita.

Overpriced, troppo costoso per quello che viene offerto
Pros:

La struttura è moderna, il bagno abbastanza spazioso, ottimo il condizionatore e i fornelli a induzione. L'host è disponibile ad anticipare il check in (che altrimenti sarebbe previsto alle 17). La posizione è molto buona.

Cons:

Monolocale poco attrezzato, a malapena sono bastate le stoviglie e mancava la tovaglia. La doccia non ha un separatore per cui l'acqua si sparge in tutto il bagno. Non c'è lavastoviglie ne lavatrice. L'appartamento è molto piccolo. Il parcheggio è lontano (si raggiunge con navetta) e bisogna anche pagare un extra per utilizzarlo! (questa è stata una spiacevole sorpresa)

Schönes Apartment in der Nähe vom Strand, die Küche ist mit allem an Küchenzubehör ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert. Sehr saubere Unterkunft! Parkplatz ist etwa 20min zu Fuß entfernt und bietet einen sicheren Stellplatz.

Cons:

Es könnten ein paar "Basics" wie Spülmittel, Salz, Öl in der Küche enthalten sein.

Good location, close to the sea. Wonderful apartment, clean, quiet, enough space, there is a place to park the car. Wi-Fi works well. There is almost everything you need.
