Hermoso el edificio , la decoracion., las instalaciones . La pieza chica ( un estudio ) pero ya lo sabiamos . Terminaciones de primera . Con conina microonda y cerca de centro y medoos elevacion ! Las chicas de recepcion suoer atentas !!!!

The staff was super helpful and strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Particularly appreciated the support with my small baby, they even provided a mountain stroller free of charge.

Location was great.

Had the most unforgettable stay over the past three days. Right from pre-check-in, the communication was always on point—the host was incredibly patient and gave me all the details I needed. She gave me detailed recommendations for my hikes and literally saved the day when I got stuck up on the mountain. She really had my back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Stella in Ortisei over February half term. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained throughout. We stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of four—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

A lovely touch was the delivery of fresh rolls every morning, which made breakfast easy and meant we could pack lunch to take out with us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The location was excellent—just a short and easy walk to either gondola for accessing the slopes, and there were plenty of great local restaurants within walking distance. Our booking also included a bus pass and access to the public swimming pool, which was a fantastic bonus. The room even had additional towels and carry basket for the pool.

A special mention has to go to the wonderful ladies at reception. On the morning of our departure, our transfer didn’t show up, and they went above and beyond to help us find a taxi to get us to the airport in time. Without their help, we would have been in real trouble.

Overall, a brilliant stay—we’d happily return and definitely recommend Villa Stella to anyone visiting Ortisei.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, helped us to arrange a replacement taxi after our transfer did not turn up. Hotel is clean and well located 5 mins walk to the Seceda lift or a 5min walk into town. Rooms were comfortable with fresh bread delivered every morning which was a nice touch and a nice way to start every day!

Tatiana, the front office manager and the owner are great people and are happy to help anytime. They extended our check out timings happily by a few hours when requested.
The place itself is quiet, relaxing and homely and is well furnished. The outdoor balcony/veranda is a bonus. 24/7 hot coffee and refreshments are always there for the guests.

Everything was great! Location is very comfortable, there is underground parking.
Also there is the ski room and you can order delivery of equipment from the rent center.
Hotel is very cosy, room is well equipped and has amazing view from the balcony.
You can find everything that you need in the room.
On the first floor there are coffee machine and some cookies.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Thanks Villa Stella for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartments. The location was fantastic. The welcome and advice from your staff was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very good value, and it was lovely to have the fresh bread delivery. The boot room and access arrangements were also very good. We would have liked a sharp knife in the kitchen drawer to use when preparing food. We would definitely stay again.
