Best stay ever

Our stay at this apartment hotel was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing team, especially the receptionist Mariaelena and the manager Patricia. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Mariaelena was always warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, whether it was providing local tips or assisting us with any requests. Patricia, the manager, was equally impressive—professional, kind, and truly committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality made a huge difference and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.
The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean, and it had all the amenities we could ask for. It really felt like a home away from home.
The location was another highlight — super convenient and close to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to public transportation and local attractions.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again to Mariaelena, Patricia, and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends and family!

E' stato un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Ci hanno soddisfatto sicuramente la posizione e gli spazi dell'appartamento, la cortesia dello staff e la completa disponibilità per ogni nostra richiesta.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano dal lato dell'Hotel e considerato che c'è una parete bella finestrata che da proprio sull'entrata dell'Hotel sarebbe consigliato mettere magari una tenda su quelle finestre per creare un po' di privacy.
Inoltre pensavamo di trovare due stanze chiuse con porte mentre la stanza ricavata vicino alla cucina non ha nessuna porta perciò crediamo sia meglio specificarlo nella descrizione dell'appartamento.

Apparemment spacieux, propre, bien situé pas loin de la plage

Cons:

Literie pas confortable. Il manquerai quelque ustensiles de cuisines.
Dommage il n y a pas de four, ni lave vaisselle, pour un appartement aussi spacieux.
Il faut compter aussi 10 euros par jour pour un emplacement parking.

Accogliente e ben organizzato, con tutto l’essenziale. Ottima posizione per chi vuole rilassarsi. Apprezzato il noleggio bici gratuito. Alessandro risponde subito ed è molto disponibile.

Una piccola pecca, non c’era un adattatore per la presa del microonde.

Perfetto per brevi soggiorni
Pros:

Appartamento in posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia. Personale (pulizia e assistenza) disponibili e gentilissimi. Balcone molto bello in una strada alberata molto fresca

Cons:

Appartamento molto buio e spartano, con minime migliorie risulterebbe molto più accogliente.
Mancano basilari come sapone per le mani in bagno. Letto non troppo comodo.

Najbardziej jestem zachwycona czystością apartamentu, jestem osobą wymagającą i nie było do czego się czepiać, na drugim miejscu oczywiście, świetna lokalizacja i baaardzo duży balkon:)

Lot z Wrocławia był opóźniony o 3 godziny i niestety nie zdążyliśmy na ostatni autobus bezpośredni do Rimini, byliśmy na miejscu około 3 nocy, od właścicieli dostałam informację, że na recepcji hotelu obok będzie na nas ktoś czekał. Tak i było, nie mogę się pochwalić dobrym angielskim, raczej poziom wakacyjny, ale Pan który na nas czekał absolutnie się nie posługiwał językiem angielskim, przez barierę językową dostałam prawie zawału serca gdy Pan powiedział, że muszę zostawić mu oryginały dowodów osobistych do rana, powiedziałam mu, że to jest niemożliwe i się zgadzam tylko na kopie dokumentów, Pan nie rozumiał słowa copy po angielsku, powiedziałam, że nie zostawię oryginałów i wtedy Pan pokazał na dzwi, że bez dokumentów my musimy opuścić hotel i tak powtórzył 2 razy. Przerażona tę sytuacją zaczęłam pisać do właścicieli i w tym momencie Pan z recepcji wziął mnie za rękę, żeby przeprowadzić do pokoju z drukarką, tak kopia dokumentów to jest warunek konieczny i ja to rozumiem, tylko nie pozostawienie oryginałów. Bariera językowa i zachowanie Pana, który wskazał na drzwi zniechęciły strasznie, do tego zmęczenie związane z podróżą. Natomiast rano jak zobaczyłam przepiękny widok na morze i słoneczną pogodę od razu poprawiły humor całej mojej ekipie. Pani właścicielka jest bardzo miła i naprawdę pobytem jestem zadowolona, tylko sytuacja przy zakwaterowaniu wyprowadziła mnie z równowagi.
