Good place for short trip, ecpesially you don't mind about breakfast in hotel.
Pros:

Good big room with kitchen, conditionary. Comfortable place, quite, safety. Banks and shops nearby. Little bit far from main attractions, but using taxi it's OK.

Cons:

Breakfast ordering not very comfortable, no buffet or restaurant, you need to choose by yourself food in amount of 20 dollars and then tell about your order on the reception.

Pros:

To be fair, it must be said that the quality of the apartments is good. There is hot water, there is a distant view of Shwedagon. But the described disadvantages canceled out all the advantages of this place.

Cons:

1. No free breakfast was provided and no compensation was offered.
2. The hotel receptionist billed us for our stay in local currency (Myanmar kyat) not at the official rate (approximately 2100 kyat for 1 US dollar), but at an arbitrary rate of 4200 kyat, which was unpredictable and increased the planned living expenses by 2 times
3. The check-out invoice was issued without the tax stamps required by Myanmar law (this confirms that taxes will be paid by the hotel).

Several days have passed and Booking has not responded to my complaint.
