Es recomendable
Pros:

La excelente ubicación, la necesitábamos para un concierto en el auditorio, nosotros hicimos 13 minutos caminando, la habitación era pequeña pero cuenta hasta con cafetera y cubiertos que nos pareció buen punto.

I will definitely come back
Pros:

It is very rare to find a perfect and rate for places to stay, but this one is totally exceeds my expectation location wise. The room itself is great of course the price make it even better. Cons:

The washing machine was advertised as useable but then when I asked the staff, they said it’s not allowed so I wish they remove it in Booking.com so that it won’t set that expectation for whoever wants to book it because most travellers normally wanted to have a washer

That they did not answer my calls or messages and once they did they were not kind at all about it. Finally, they decided to cancel my whole reservation without my consent.

Pros:

the apartment is spacious.

Cons:

right outside are busy streets... I was waken up several times at night by the traffic noise. the AC is not too strong. the instruction to the location can be more clear (but as long as you found it once, it's very easy). the main thing really is it's not close to public transportation or public bike stands. so really the only practical way in and out is through taxi.

Pros:

Het is een zeer ruim en geweldig mooi suite voorzien van alle gemakken voorzien. De woonkamer/keuken perfect en zeer ruim.
Slaapkamer een genot om er te slapen. Matras was zeer goed.
De douche zeer ruim en schoon.

Ondanks dat het aan een drukke straat ligt heb je van het verkeer geen enkel last of geluid..

Ook de mevrouw "Claudia" zeer vriendelijk en attent.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

Enig klein puntje is de water temperatuur van de douche die blijft niet constant het zelfde maar dat is ook echt het enige wat ik op te merken heb.

Excelente ubicación, todo en buen estado, super limpio, muy completa el área de la cocina para mayor comodidad.
Claudia nos recibió, instruyó y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras, fue muy amable!!

Me encantó el lugar. Es muy cómodo, limpio y tiene un ambiente muy agradable que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de una de las zonas más bonitas y seguras de la CDMX, lo cual hace la estancia aún más tranquila y práctica. Los precios son súper accesibles para las comodidades que tiene. Además, la señora Claudia es una persona muy amable y cordial, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

Pros:

1- La relación precio - valor.
2- La ubicación - Subiendo hacia la Fuente de Petróleo se llega en 10 minutos a la zona céntrica de Polanco. Google maps y otras herramientas NO ayudan a entender la zona como peatón, pero está muy céntrico en Polanco.

Cons:

La Propiedad manifiesta enviar los códigos de acceso a la plataforma de booking, pero no llegan; logré entrar por casualidad, gracias al personal de servicio que casualmente abrió la puerta. Esa misma persona de servicio, una vez que me identifiqué, me facilitó de favor el acceso a la habitación también me dió una amable y breve explicación de cómo entrar y salir. Gracias a esa persona no perdí la tarde de mi llegada.

RECOMIENDO ANTES DE LLEGAR, OBTENER LOS 2 códigos de acceso con instrucciones detalladas de cómo activarlos en las puertas digitales, porque no hay recepción.

bonita casa, algo ruidosa.
