Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut selbst an Weihnachten gab es viel Auswahl und das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung

Cons:

Die Matratze des Doppelbetts war schon zu alt. Wir haben die Federung gespürt. Matratzen könnten daher ausgetauscht werden im Zimmer Nr. 11.

Świetna restauracja, ale pobyt w hotelu rozczarowuje

Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Miła obsługa w restauracji.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji i nawet podstawowego kosza w pokoju były już dużym minusem. W łazience nie ma zwykłych wieszaków na ręczniki, co jest podstawowym elementem wyposażenia. Dodatkowo gniazdka dosłownie wychodzą ze ściany, co wygląda nieestetycznie i jest niebezpieczne — widać tu wyraźne zaniedbania konserwatorskie. Nawet woda w pokoju była praktycznie nie do picia, ponieważ stała przy kaloryferach i była ciepła.

Największym zaskoczeniem było jednak zachowanie personelu. Wcześnie rano na korytarzu prowadzili bardzo głośne rozmowy, a nawet używali wulgaryzmów. Dużo podróżuję, ale z czymś takim jeszcze się nie spotkałam. Takie zachowanie jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne.

Szkoda, bo restauracja i dolna część hotelu są naprawdę ładnie urządzone, a jedzenie jest bardzo smaczne i estetycznie podane. Niestety standard pokoi oraz kultura części personelu psują całe wrażenie z pobytu.

The lack of air conditioning and even a basic trash bin in the room were already disappointing. The bathroom didn’t have simple towel hooks, which are essential. On top of that, the power sockets were coming out of the wall, which looks unsafe and clearly shows maintenance issues.

What surprised me the most was the behavior of the staff. Early in the morning they were having very loud conversations in the hallway, even using vulgar language. I travel a lot, but I have never encountered something like this. Such behavior is completely unacceptable.

It’s a shame, because the restaurant and the lower part of the hotel are beautifully decorated, and the food is delicious and nicely presented. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms and the attitude of some staff members spoil the whole stay.
