Pros:

Wir waren zu 4 in einer Ferienwohnung, die Anlage an sich ist super, sehr gepflegt, ein super Komfort im Zimmer. Falls man entspannt Urlaub machen möchte, ist man hier richtig. Den Pool hatten wir gefühlt für 4 Nächte alleine.. Die Anbindung an verschiedene Lokalitäten haben wir eher mit dem Taxi oder Grab besucht.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wirbt zusätzlich mit einem Beachclub, den man auf der anderen Straßenseite findet. Hier kann man Trinken und Essen, das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Grundsätzlich geht man natürlich dann auch davon aus, dass man den Beachclub in vollen Zügen nutzen kann, allerdings ist dieser auch für öffentliche Gäste zugänglich, weshalb wir weder Sonnenliegen am Pool noch am Strand nutzen konnten, da man dies im Vorfeld anscheinend reservieren muss. Zu uns hieß es dass das nun das Erste mal sei, dass alles für unseren Aufenthalt reserviert ist. Uns wurde dann zwar nach mehrfachem Hin und Her eine Möglichkeit angeboten, dies war allerdings nicht zufriedenstellend, für das Geld was wir in der Unterkunft liegen lassen haben. Wenn man im Vorfeld das weiß, kann man sich natürlich darauf vorbereiten, wir hatten leider Pech und sind dann zum lokalen Strandcafe daneben gegangen, hier konnten wir dann wenigstens ein wenig den Strand nutzen.

Pros:

זהו קומפלקס דירות יוקרתי שחלקו משמש למגורים קבועים וחלקו להשכרה קצרה.
המיקום פגז! מרחק 4 דקות נסיעה בלבד משוק הדייגים.
הדירה עצמה שמורה, נקייה ומאוד נוחה.
יש בה את כל מה שצריך לחופשה קצרה או ארוכה.
יש במתחם בריכה משותפת גדולה וביץ' בר צמוד.
היתרון הגדול? הבריכה הייתה ריקה רוב הזמן, וזה הרגיש כאילו יש לנו בריכה פרטית!
אהבנו מאוד, מומלץ בחום.

DET VAR EN BEACH KLUB HVOR VI MÅSKE FIK EN FØLELSE AF, AT MAN FORVENTEDE VI TILBRAGTE EN MASSE TID (OG PENGE) OG VI HAVDE BOOKET LEJLIGHEDEN SOM FAMILIE, DA VI EGENTLIG ØNSKEDE AT VÆRE DER EFTER HOTELLER I 4 UGER. PRISERNE I BEACH BAR / MADEN VAR MEGET HØJERE END DE OMKRINGLIGGENDE MULIGHEDER….

The cleaning is every 3 day Wich is not enough, garbage, towels, even a little cleaning every day and big cleaning every 3 day, but you have to fix this !

excellent Thai staff, nice overall venue spoiled by an arrogant manager
Pros:

rooms were fine and beach club was good.

Cons:

the Thai staff were excellent however the French manager was rude and arrogant. the residence was expensive for what it was. the frustration thing was when the manager wanted to charge us extra for loungers at the beach club.
we were residents in their boutique hotel and they wanted to charge us to use the beach club? that doesn’t work.

Cons:

would have liked it to be cleaned everyday or two. Cleaners came only twice in 10 days.
always ran out of toilet paper.

Pros:

Excellent, high class finishes and immaculately presented. Well positioned with every amenity either within walking distance or a short drive away. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Each unit is privately accessed allowing you to really feel like you have a place of your own.
