It was clean, ac worked wonderfully, there was hot shower, I did a self check-in which is very convenient. Whenever I had problems (I forgot the card inside my room for example), I called the manager and it was resolved quickly

Lovely hosts, beautiful interior design/furnishings, very stylish and cozy, the hosts were very helpful with taxi and super friendly, all time available, lovely family & friends (we did BBQ together)

Very stylish and idyllic place to stay in Hue. Everything was perfect. The rooms and the garden outside were beautiful und spacy. Very heartwarming welcome from the owners. We had some funny conversations. A rare place where you really feel like being home. We just loved it!!!!

Nobody present during check out time m. Room filled with mosquitos. No decent checkin (no English or person on the ground to welcome us). Beds were rock hard. We didn’t sleep a wink.
