Pros:

The view was perfect

Cons:

No cleaning staff, windows where dirty ,no 1 to receive & show us the room had to wait 2 hours to check in,I was asked to pay deposit immediately wen i arrived wich I did but its been 3weeks after check in from santana have not received my deposit, when I try to call the owner no one picks up the phone they do not even bother to call me back,forgot my dress in the wardrobe requested for them to look for it & courier but I was told it was not found even thought I knew that I left it.

I never stayed there.
Pros:

i did not get the keys for the apartment the security told me that the apartment is no longer available, it is not in a good state for bookings, i hard to book another place. I still angry because I did not get may refund and this matter i will take forward, i can't just lose my money just like that.

Cons:

Nothing i was not allowed to get in there.

I went there with my friends after being told about the breakage fee of R1100 which was not clear when we booked.we arrived and there was no key to the room,we were made to run around to get the key until we were only able to check in late...fast forward the breakage fee was meant to be refundable after checkout.We checked out on the 16/02/2025 UNTILL NOW NO REFUND and this Gatsheni is ignoring us...we ended up paying R1800 + R1100...if I could warn u,run from this place

Only the beach accessible

Cons:

I didn't like the majority of my stay.
The bathrooms had no lights and no shower glass door.
The bin has nails sticking out of it.
The toilet system was extremely loud after every usage.
The room lights didn't have a proper switch.

If Santana can be transparent when one is booking that will be better. And have enough crockery ,cut
Pros:

Self catering so we were preparing our own breakfast. Location was good but no signs when turning from busy road, you can see the building but don't know where to turn because there was no sign.

Cons:

When we booked to Santana we made it clear that its adults only and 8 adults, on the eleventh hour, which was 8 August we were told of 6 adults and 2 children and that shocked us since booking was clear. We had to use uncomfortable couch for 2 people and they are also not in good condition (couch)
The breakage fee was not included when booking, but the day before arrival we were told to pay R1100 refundable fee. Up to now we have not received our money and we did not break anything. Gatsheni is not responding to my message
No bowls for cereals, spoons were not enough for guest, glasses not enough also, teaspoon no toilet paper, when flushing the toilet there was lot of noise

I did not enjoy my stay
Cons:

the water was constantly cold could not take a proper bath, beds were uncomfortable, ugly and old blankets, broken glasses, bathrooms had no electricity, the lady who was supposed to assist us during our arrival gave us a bad service, we were told during the arrival that the accommodation is for 6 guests meanwhile we booked for 8 guests

Very disappointed with the apartment owner 607, he was no where to be found

How the property manager treated us

Cons:

We didn't even get to the apartment that we booked, the owner was nowhere to be found, apparently he does this all the time with his customers, we had to stand in the rain trying to call him😭😭 he didn't even have the audacity to apologise for the inconvenience
