It was not really clean

Nothing i was not allowed to get in there.

I went there with my friends after being told about the breakage fee of R1100 which was not clear when we booked.we arrived and there was no key to the room,we were made to run around to get the key until we were only able to check in late...fast forward the breakage fee was meant to be refundable after checkout.We checked out on the 16/02/2025 UNTILL NOW NO REFUND and this Gatsheni is ignoring us...we ended up paying R1800 + R1100...if I could warn u,run from this place

Stuck outside the gate because we were not on the list that makes me angry because it's not my mistake it's yours mistake

I didn't like the majority of my stay.
The bathrooms had no lights and no shower glass door.
The bin has nails sticking out of it.
The toilet system was extremely loud after every usage.
The room lights didn't have a proper switch.

When we booked to Santana we made it clear that its adults only and 8 adults, on the eleventh hour, which was 8 August we were told of 6 adults and 2 children and that shocked us since booking was clear. We had to use uncomfortable couch for 2 people and they are also not in good condition (couch)
The breakage fee was not included when booking, but the day before arrival we were told to pay R1100 refundable fee. Up to now we have not received our money and we did not break anything. Gatsheni is not responding to my message
No bowls for cereals, spoons were not enough for guest, glasses not enough also, teaspoon no toilet paper, when flushing the toilet there was lot of noise

The room doesn't have light ,we have key problem no toilet paper

the water was constantly cold could not take a proper bath, beds were uncomfortable, ugly and old blankets, broken glasses, bathrooms had no electricity, the lady who was supposed to assist us during our arrival gave us a bad service, we were told during the arrival that the accommodation is for 6 guests meanwhile we booked for 8 guests

Cutlery were not enough
We were 7,they got 6 of each

We didn't even get to the apartment that we booked, the owner was nowhere to be found, apparently he does this all the time with his customers, we had to stand in the rain trying to call him😭😭 he didn't even have the audacity to apologise for the inconvenience

No proper communication even if you want to ask something can't called them

We got to the flat and could not get in due to the key card not opening the door.
This was a private unit when called the guy he said that I must ask the Security guard to assist with the key card. He put his cell phone off. I was stuck with my entire family outside for more than and hour with all our language. It was so embarrassing. And the place was dirty... Breakfast nook broken. Linen not clean. Very bad service.
