Pros:

Funkční klimatizace v obou místnostech, plynová varná deska, kvalitní nádobí na vaření. Dvojskla v oknech, předokenní žaluzie. Vlastní parkovací místo, blízkost moře (5 min pěšky), krásné borové háje všude kolem, dostupnost obchodů (10 min autem), přes ulici Mexiko bar s milou obsluhou a točeným Pilsner Urquell.

Pro pejskaře:
Cca 15 min pěšky je psí pláž, ale cena 35€/den za set se slunečníkem je trošku mimo. Navíc nemají dobré pivo.

Ve městě Cecina je velká veterinární klinika Melosi, kde našemu pejskovi rychlou operací zachránili život.

Cons:

Slíbená terasa není žádná terasa, jde o společnou "předsíň" s protějším apartmánem, přepažený rákosovým paravanem. Takže večerní hlahol u sousedů, včetně hustého dýmu z cigaret vášnivých kuřáků se vám line do apartmánu okénkem v koupelně.

Neuklizený pokoj při příjezdu - pubické chlupy a chuchvalce prachu ve skříni a šuplících. Absence rychlovarné konvice - musíte si vodu na kafe vařit v rendlíku na sporáku.

Na fotkách vše vypadá VÝRAZNĚ větší než ve skutečnosti.

Pros:

Rychlé vyřešení technických problémů s odpady na počátku pobytu. Výměna ručníků po 4 dnech, super kuchyně, vybavená spousty nádobím.

Cons:

Hlasitá hudba z vedlejší restaurace, neodhlučené stropy, tedy slyšíte každé posunutí židle nad sebou jako když se stěhuje skříň, což se děje hlavně ve večerních hodinách až hluboce do noci, pozor na recepci: je jinde, jiná adresa než ubytování. Pláž není pro náročné, spíše řasy, i když mě to osobně nevadilo. Po každém dešti louže na terase, pro psy chybí zabezpečení, terasy jsou volné.....i přes vypsání nevýhod je celkový dojem vysoko, když budete ochotní něco akceptovat.

Very good apartment near the beach.
Pros:

Exceptional location just 5 min walk from the beach through the beautiful shady cedar forest, two conditioners for 1 bedroom apartment, enough to keep room cool, when outside is +36C. Wide and free private parking lot, kitchen with gas-stove, lot of kitchen utensils, all what is needed during the stay is provided. Separate bedroom is a plus. Very nice view from the window to the see and cedar forest.

Cons:

Balcony is not private, though it is closed with some kind of septum, it is shared with your neighbors in fact.

Pros:

The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the free beach, Restaurant and bar next door, open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., with pleasant music. The air conditioning works well. it is worth bringing dishwasher capsules from home, there were 2 of them. washing machine is available in a separate room, you can buy a token at the reception (EUR 5).
