If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

Unfortunately this isn't what we thought it would be. The place was not clean when we arrived and it is run down. The couches were particularly dirty and in places ruined as you can see from the pictures.

There is a general apathy and lack of enthusiasm from the people that run this facility. A simple example is the entrance / reception. Just before the reception outside there is a 5m by 5m space where you can briefly park to load / unload, etc. Unfortunately this was covered with ice making this a very dangerous walking path. They could have thrown a bit of salt to make it better, but they just don't care..

Not the experience we wanted or had hoped for.
