Pros:

Wonderful apartment which was pefect for our needs. We only stayed one night as we were arriving late from London & we were flying to Panglao the next day. Great location only 10-15 mins walk from T3. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived late at night. We would have stayed here again on our return to Manilla.but it was fully booked! We would highly recommended this apartment for a stay in Manilla.

Pros:

The location is great, and so is the property as a whole! It was comfortable and we appreciated that you had UK/EU plugs installed.

Cons:

Not so much the property, but the swimming pool. Water was freezing, so unfortunately my daughter hated the idea of swimming in it. 😅

Room has every essential facilities; clean and comfortable.

It is difficult to find as their direction is by word without map.
Have to wait for the host gives you a key, it takes around 20-30 mins, not too bad but not ideal for late check in.

Pros:

Perfect location if you need to be just next to terminal 3. luxurious place with swimming pool and nice view. excellent studio, has everything and is very comfortable for three people. Liked it very much and recommend!
