Helpful host for our late check in after a delayed flight.
No bed sheet or toilet paper which we weren't prepared for.
Nice place.
2 out of my 7 nights in that place there was such a bad smell around the whole place whether it's my room or lobby/elevator. it smelled like rotten eggs / spoiled food / sewers. Otherwise everything else was fine and clean.

I liked the location. Restaurants, fastfood joints and even a supermarket (pioneer center supermarket) were all within walking distance to the place.
The room itself was spacious enough. The bathroom was adequately sized too. Sink was a bit small but alright. There was a side table sufficient for two and a small alcove at the window. The full sized mirror at the dresser was a nice touch. Water heater was working. Internet was good. Insulation seemed well as there were no unnecessary noises from the neighbors.
Nothing major but one area of improvement include fixing the chain lock at the door. I found the bed a bit on the firm side as I prefer soft ones but it's not a big deal.

Reason I took a chance and booked this place was its proximity to where I was going, it was close to everywhere I went during my short stay in the metro.
Only thing I could think of which is me nitpicking is the size of the bed lol, it was kinda small since I’am over 6 ft tall. Other than that everything I needed I can always get nearby at Pioneer Center which is my go to store whenever I stay in Kapitolyo..
The area was comfortable. I had enough space for my things. The wifi was fast and there was good water pressure for the kitchenette faucet and bathroom. There was also hot water available for the shower and drinkable water in the kitchen. I especially adore the comfy balcony reading nook!
Toilet has a bidet!!! Refrigerator also works as well. They had cleaning materials ready too.
I didn't have a key to the bed-side safe, but it's only a minor flaw. My good experience with the property outweighs this minor detail.
I like the location, it's in a quiet and safe neighborhood yet near business district. The place is spacious enough for one person, even for two. It's clean, very cozy. I think this is my go to place if I need to report to the office.
It's very minor but I think you should allow people to cook other than rice.
