Pros:

I adored my quiet, quaint little suite. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was dark and quiet at night for sleeping. The kitchenette had exactly what I needed for early morning coffee, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Delicious chilaquiles, fresh fruit, and baked goods -- amazing to have it delivered to the room so I could keep working while enjoying my breakfast!

Las habitaciones con cocineta y pequeño comedor que facilitaron la vida para muchas cosas durante toda la estancia y el desayuno al cuarto todos los días!
Muy céntrico para visitar diferentes pueblos al rededor de la ciudad de Puebla.
Todo el personal super amable.

Cons:

Hay espacios que requieren limpieza profunda de vez en cuando, algunas esquinas y el baño. Ese detalle hace mucha diferencia.

Excelente opción en Puebla. Habitaciones cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. El personal es amable y atento, y la ubicación es práctica para moverse por la ciudad. Ideal para una estancia tranquila y agradable.

La regadera no funcionó, nunca salió agua, la tele no se apagaba, solicitamos ayuda y el personal no pudieron ayudarnos, el desayuno incluído no se logró dado que no tenían ningún ingrediente para elaborarlos, adicional que el tiempo de espera era de 2 horas
