Ein Ort zum Kraft tanken
Pros:

Eine sehr gute Anlage zum Wohlfühlen und Kraft tanken. Die Brötchen auch glutenfrei hingen täglich ab 7.30 Uhr an der Tür. Ein Traum für einen guten Start in den Tag.

Cons:

Ganz langsam sollten erste Erhaltungsmaßnahmen wie Fenster streichen geplant werden.

Das sehr nette und sympathische Personal, angefangen von der Rezeption bis hin zum Hausmeister.

Cons:

Leider war die Heizung ausgefallen. Hilfe kam aber sofort. Es wurden Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Ferienwohnung sind gut ausgestattet ohne schnick schnack aber es reicht . Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir haben Brötchen Service in Anspruch genommen war super . Gute Lage

Ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Appartement fanden wir sehr gemütlich, es war alles da, um sich rundherum wohlzufühlen. Vom KMC Zingst aus ist das Ortszentrum wie auch der Strand jeweils nach ca. 600 m zu erreichen. Toll fanden wir auch das mit Ostseewasser gefüllten Pool, der allerdings leider sehr klein ist - ab 5 Personen im Pool ist es schwierig noch zu schwimmen.

Cons:

Wir haben das Frühstücksangebot nur am Abreisetag genutzt und fanden es preislich sehr überteuert. Die anderen Tage nutzten wir den Brötchendienst, wobei die Brötchen extrem klein waren und gegenüber dem Handel ebenfalls wesentlich teurer sind.

Cons:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt abgebrochen, weil es aufgrund der niedrigen Temperaturen in den Innenräumen nicht zumutbar war. Leider hatten wir kein Thermometer dabei, gefühlt 10 - 12 Grad. Dünne Decken zum schlafen, von 2 Heizkörpern im WZ funktionierte nur einer. Das freundliche Personal vor Ort konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen, hat aber auf Zahlung des Gesamtpreises bestanden.

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Räume großzügig,gefallen hat uns auch das Schwimmbad,klein aber für den Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter eine Alternative.Können eine positive Empfehlung geben

Good serviceable apartment and good breakfast
Pros:

Good breakfast.
The apartment and the bed was nice, and had everything needed. But I did not actually use the kitchenette.

A short walk to the village center.

Cons:

Breakfast:
The coffee was a little weak, but this is always the case with filter coffee in Germany. The breakfast has fixed time slots that one needs to book in advance, which is a bit awkward.

Apartment:
The bedroom could have needed some more storage. And maybe another stool or chair in the hall.

Location
It was a little bit fiddly to find the place. But then the street layout in Zingst makes everything difficult to find.

Ferienwohnung mit Niveau
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Ferienwohnung geschmackvoll gestaltet und das Bett gut.
Meerwasser im Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum runden das Ganze ab. Der Brötchenservice selbst über die Feiertage war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Wände hatten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, denen mit etwas weißer Farbe abgeholfen werden könnte ohne großen Aufwand.
