Не дивлячись на деякі недоліки ми продовжили бронювання у цих апартаментах і у майбутньому повернулися б ще.
Pros:

Сподобалось місце розташування, до моря 290 метрів поруч можна купити все необхідне. Привітний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти. Помешкання не нове але все було чисто. Начитавшись коментарів ми брали з собою все (віник, швабру, посуд) виявилось що дарма. Кухня обладнана більш ніж достатньо. Єдине, можу порадити брати з собою або доведеться купляти це: паперові рушники, миюче та мочалку для посуду.
У нас був 20 номер загалом сусідів ми майже не чули тобто було не шумно. Під вікном у деякі дні була дискотека чи караоке але вікна добре ізолюють шум, тому нам це теж не заважало.
Загалом дуже сподобалась атмосфера. Ми повернулися б ще.

Cons:

Як я писала вище, апартаменти не нові та потребують хоча б мінімального ремонту, наприклад погано закріплені вішаки для одягу, трохи зламана поличка в холодильнику, погано вмикається газ на варильній поверхні, деякі вікна не можна відкривати.
У нас був номер 20, чомусь на фото ми його не знайшли але по фото він схожий на інші.

Der WC und die WC bürste war nicht sauber, der Kühlschrank war auch nicht sauber, und der Küchensauger hat gar nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Die Residenza Melucci liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beiträgt. Unser Zimmer verfügte über zwei Balkone, was besonders schön war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Ausstattung: Die Zimmer bieten ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett sowie einen Wäschetrockner. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet – es standen mehrere Töpfe, eine Bratpfanne und ausreichend Besteck zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Der Service war leider nicht direkt vor Ort verfügbar – für Anliegen musste man ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen. Auch das Internet ließ zu wünschen übrig: Es war kaum nutzbar, sodass wir auf mobiles Internet und Roaming angewiesen waren.
