Lovely place to stay. You have everything you need in the kitchen and in the house. Location was great and close to the centre. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. We regretted not staying there longer.

Wir waren zu Zweit in der Wohnung 1 und hatten hierdurch super viel Platz zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, hat eine Klimaanlage und ist sehr gut gelegen.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass man zum Pool zu einer anderen Anlage ca. 300 m gehen muss. Doch das war gut möglich.
Der Balkon ist wunderschön mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See. Allerdings ist er etwas schmal und hat einen kleinen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen. Zum Essen draußen ist er dadurch nicht für mehr als 3 Personen geeignet, es sei denn, man stellt zwei separate Tische. Wie gesagt, für uns war alles perfekt.
Malcesine bietet viel und man kommt überall zu Fuß hin.
Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder das gleiche Appartement wieder wählen.
Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. DANKE an dieser Stelle!

Bella struttura, in ottima posizione. A due passi dal centro storico. Bella camera con ampio balcone vista lago. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Consigliato.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt..unweit von der Altstadt und vom Strand...nur 3 min zu Fuß bis zur Fähre.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß.....kleiner ausreichender Balkon mit einem perfekten Ausblick auf den Gardasee
Balkon Möbel könnten stabiler seinund der Tisch wäre mit einem Mittelfußuß besser gewesen....
Gefehlt hat der pool der auf dem Plakat am Zaun zu sehen war.
Amazing location! Couldn’t have been better. Beautiful view of the lake right in front of us! Great to have a balcony overlooking the view too. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean.
It can’t be helped but the toilet flush was very loud!
The mattress and pillows were very very hard, so unfortunately that was uncomfortable for our 3 nights there. I guess it’s not a problem if you like a hard mattress and pillow though!
Das Appartement Nr. 1 ist eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel. Auf dem Balkon blickt man direkt auf den See. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Bis zum Zentrum von Malcesine läuft man 5 Minuten.
Da gibt's nix zu meckern.

The location is great, and the view from the balcony is amazing.
The location is amazing. The lake and promenade is just across the road, which is a one-way peaceful street. Two minutes to the old town and castle. Access to a nice little swimming pool at the sister property. Rooms are big and clean, kitchen well equipped.
