Sensational
Pros:

Paradise, tranquil, rustic charm. This place is an absolute sensation. The location is more than perfect and the rooms are airy and clean. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Unbelievable good value for money! The bath on the balcony was an added delight and the perfect way to relax in the heat of the sunshine whilst spotting any unusual wildlife that might fly by. Wow!

Cons:

The road to the hotel is more like a track. If we had realised how bumpy it was, we would have rented a 4 x 4.

La nuisance sonore toute les nuits , notamment le jeudi soir avec un groupe de musique non indiqué dans la réservation jusqu’à 23h30 et le lendemain au moment du petit dej les cadavres d’alcool pas nettoyé

Cons:

La route pour y accéder vraiment très compliqué d’accès. Il faut bien compter 15minutes pour arriver au logement depuis la route principale car il faut rouler extrêmement doucement pour ne pas abîmé la location.

Laguna access and sunbeda directly at the laguna. It was very peaceful and no crowds at all.

Cons:

When we arrived our room was already taken and we git a worse room for the same price. We were very disappointed.
The road is really bad - cannot even say it is a road really.
It was super loud as people were partying until 1am.
Opening hours. The restaurant closes at 9pm which is early considering you are very remote and can hardly get anywhere at night.

La vue est magnifique
Pros:

La vue sur la lagune est incroyable , personnels sympathique

Cons:

Hôtel situé a 20 min de bacalar, Le chemin pour y arriver est très très accidenté environ 10 min .
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas servi avant 9h !!!

De locatie is top, en daarvoor boek je hier, maar hou rekening met bereikbaarheid en resto.
Pros:

Locatie is top, direct aan het meer, zeer idyllisch. Accomodatie (appartement zicht op meer) was zeer ruim, perfect in orde, goede airco, zeer netjes, goede bedden.
Ontbijt was in orde, leuke locatie voor ontbijt op buitenterras aan het meer.
Zeer vriendelijke bediening in bar/resto/ontbijt.

Cons:

Locatie was top aan het meer, echter zou er moeten vermeld worden dat je 1.5km ofroad dient te rijden om er te geraken. Wij hadden gelukkig een SUV rental car en zijn er geraakt, maar denk niet dat je er met elke rental vlot kan raken (grote & diepe kuilen). Ook weinig tot geen aanduidingen van accomodatie op de grote baan.
Receptionist op dag van aankomst was onvriendelijk en absoluut niet behulpzaam, gelukkig was het overige personeel dat wel.
Wifi beperkt en niet overal goede ontvangst, vaak overgeschakeld op Starlink.
Resto's avonds is eerder beperkt, en indien verblijf meerdere avonden aangeraden ook in centrum te gaan eten.

El lugar el paradisíaco, lo recomendaría pero deben mejorar el desatino para cobrar lo que cobran . No hay necesidad de

La habitación Laguna es una hermosura, definitivamente lo mejor de la estadía .

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno no es bueno para el valor que se paga . Beber y comer es excesivamente caro, sin necesidad . Bebimos en la tarde 8 latas de cerveza y pagamos 1050 mexicanos (55usd) por 40usd cenamos en Bacalar . Ahora en Tulum cenamos en un lugar muy muy lindo en La Veleta por el mismo precio .

Pas d'eau fraîche, au restaurant il faut retourner voir le serveur pour avoir des glaçons, dans la chambre une bouteille d'eau disponible mais pas dans le frigo.
