The only positive aspect of this stay was the housekeeping staff. They were polite, helpful and genuinely tried their best to assist whenever we needed something. They were the only staff members who seemed to care about guest comfort.
This was unfortunately the worst hotel stay I have ever had.
When making the booking there was absolutely no indication that the hotel was incomplete or that construction was still underway. Upon arrival the reception informed me that there would be “maintenance” happening. Being in the construction field myself, I understood what maintenance normally means and accepted that there may be minor interruptions.
However, what was described as “maintenance” was actually full-scale construction.
Although the rooms appear completed, the courtyard and surrounding areas are still raw concrete and clearly under active development. From the moment we arrived there was constant drilling, hammering, chopping and grinding — everything you would expect from a construction site rather than a hotel.
The worst part was the timing. The construction continued until around 2:00 AM every night.
At around 1:30 AM one night I went down to reception to complain. The response I received was simply that they had informed me there would be “maintenance” and that nothing could be done. This is extremely misleading, as there is a very clear difference between maintenance and active construction work.
The workers were also speaking loudly throughout the night, smoking within the premises and were dismissive when I politely asked if the noise could be reduced.
The issues did not stop there. The one-bedroom apartment itself had several problems:
The bedroom door could not close properly, meaning the noise could not be blocked out.
The bathroom had a strong drain smell that filled the room whenever the tap was turned on.
The windows could barely open, so almost no fresh air could enter the apartment.
The room phone did not work, meaning every time I needed assistance I had to walk down to reception.
The TV remote also did not work.
On top of this, the soundproofing between rooms appears to be almost nonexistent.

Very clean. Location is fabulous. And plcar parkings are available and plenty.
Need to ask for housekeeping with reception. But it is not a big deal
