Ambiance très agréable, cuisine bien équipée, chambre propre et bonne literie.
La cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, la piscine, petite mais pratique pour de rafraîchir. La chambre confortable.
L'odeur dans la chambre et salle de bain était difficile à supporter, problèmes de canalisation mais cela semble généralisé sur bacalar car l'odeur se sentait dans les rues également par endroits. Donc pas à cause de l'hôtel mais ça sentait pas bon tout de meme meme en aérant

Que a la estufa solo le funcionaba un quemador y el baño común no estaba tan limpio
Nos recibieron super bien, la familia nos trató excelente en todo momento y estuvieron super atentos en resolver cualquier duda o inconveniente que teníamos. La ubicación y la limpieza eran excelentes.
La cocina era super completa y estaba impecable, así como la habitación!

Muy buena opción con excelente relación calidad- precio. Bienvenida muy cálida y personal atento, en especial Juanita que nos hizo sentir como en casa. El centro de Bacalar queda a escasos minutos en coche y/o caminando, también la laguna. La amplia cocina exterior, junto a la piscina te permite poder hacer tu propia comida. También dispones de café y agua de cortesía, lo que es de agradecer.
Nos gusto todo, pero por decir algo, no teníamos toallas. Quizás fue un simple olvido, pues tampoco las reclamamos.
