Pros:

Ik had een kamerupgrade gekregen.
Het bed was fantastisch en de bank was ook erg comfortabel.
Keuken was schoon en had op een schilmesje na, alles wat ik nodig had.
Het was er rustig.

Undichte Badewanne und keine Abfluss im Bad haben den Aufenhalt stressig gemacht.

Das Appartmen haben wir gebucht um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern, wir haben extra dies gewählt, weil es eine schöne Badewanne gab. Leider ist diese Badewanne nur provisorisch hingestellt worden, sie ist undicht und im Bad gibt es keinen Abfluss. Wir waren sehr lange damit beschäftigt das Wasser aus der Badewanne mit Töpfen rauszuschütten, damit es nicht zu einer Überflütung kommt. Der ganze Aufenhalt war damit sehr stressig und wir konnten nicht entspannen.

Das Bett war himmlisch. Der Balkon mit Blick in den Gartendschungel war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Fehlende Jalousien im Schlafzimmer daher sehr hell. Leider etwas hellhörig.

Pros:

Die schmackhafte moderne Einrichtung....
Super Lage.....ruhig gelegen und kurze Entfernung zur Therme.....
Bei Ankunft schön warm.....Sehr gut funktionierende Heizung.
Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Möglichkeit zum Kochen.
Vorhandene Wärmeplatte, wohl Induktionsplatte konnte ich nicht bedienen.
Passender Topf dazu?
Das Geländer an den Stufen zur Eingangstür ist nicht stabil.......wackelt.

Pros:

liegt sehr nah an den Thermen, viele Parkmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer praktischen Kücheninsel ausgestattet, und das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem.

Besonders gefreut haben mich die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie das bereitgestellte Kaffeepulver, die Filter und die zwei Decken – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Sehr gepflegt.

Pros:

Top Lage! Die Wohnung hell und mit Stil gerichtet. Das nötigste als Küchen Ausstattung. Kochinsel und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Grosses Bett und komfortable. Auch Kabel verlängerung für Strom war dabei und uns sehr nützlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Stühle am Esstisch waren uns nicht bequem und Bügeleisen hat mir gefehlt. Das ist aber kein Grund zu Unzufriedenheit. Ich würde gerne immer wieder gerne buchen.

Das Apartment war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Kaffeemaschine, Wasseekocher,Spülmaschine,Herd vorhanden. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Therme. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Sofa im Wohnbereich fanden wir unbequem.

Sehr gut und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Lage, schöne Ausstattung.
Nachdem die Heizung ausgefallen war, kam am Feiertag recht schnell ein Handwerker und wir bekamen eine Tageskarte für Therme und Sauna für die Unannehmlichkeiten! 👍

A perfect stay at the center of the city
Pros:

It‘s a nice apartment with the perfect location - just 3 minutes walk to the Emser Therme, supermarket or river line. Beside this it is located on the calm street, so you will have your calmness or can chill at the balcony with the peaceful view in the summer. It was very clean and worm inside, bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so we had everything. I think it‘s the best apartment for 2 people in Bad Ems that we had for now.

Cons:

I think the water temperature in the shower should be regulated. It appeared to be too hot on the minimum position. In general it was ok, but for the safety reasons should be checked.
I felt a lack of paper towels in the kitchen. It’s a small thing and costs little, but would be quite useful.

Sehr gute Lage, gemütliches Appartement, Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselbox perfekt.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte zu Fuß alles wichtige erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke ist die Therme. Rewe u auch Restaurants alles per Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Im Appartement war alles soweit ok, habe mich wohl gefühlt. Der Blick nach draußen auf die Mülltonnen war nicht so toll, da diese sehr überfüllt waren u vieles auch daneben lag. Vielleicht hatte es auch mit den Feiertagen zu tun. Aufgrund der Kälte ist man sowieso nur drin, aber wenn man im Sommer vielleicht mal draußen sitzt ist das dann nicht so schön .

Wir werden gern wiederkommen
Pros:

Die Lage zur Stadt und zur Therme ist hervorragend. Das App. ist groß und hat einen schönen Küchenbereich.
Alles sehr freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
