Top Lage.

Cons:

Achtung - Erdgeschoss. Muss man mögen.
Zutritt war gut organisiert.
Wir kamen zu dritt und es war trotz noch anwesender Putztruppe, die uns sagte, dass eigentlich alles vor Ort sei, nicht möglich, über den Vermieter das dritte Bettzeug bereitgestellt zu bekommen. Schade.
Wir haben uns dann mit mitgebrachten Sachen selbst geholfen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man braucht.
Pros:

Top Lage, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig.
• Alles war blitzsauber und die Zimmer angenehm groß.
• Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und einfacher Online-Check-in.
• Ein absolut faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsuche ist etwas schwierig, aber absolut machbar.

Mittendrin und Preis-Leistung großartig
Pros:

Absolut top! Mitten in Bamberg in der Fußgängerzone. Hatte Zimmer 104 - geht nach hinten raus. Sehr ruhig. Klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Blitzsauber. In Küchenzeile alles, was man braucht, sogar Nespressomaschine. Großartig kochen würde ich nicht - Bett steht direkt neben der Küchenzeile, die keinen Abzug hat. Aber ein paar Nudeln o.ä. wären kein Problem. Nette Reinigungskraft hat mir zweites Kissen gebracht. Zur Dusche sind es ein paar Stufen hoch - nichts für Menschen mit Geheinschränkung. Ich habe im Januar knapp 41 Euro pro Nacht gezahlt (als Einzelzimmer) - Preis-Leistung grandios. Schätze, in der Hauptsaison ist es deutlich teurer. Es gibt keine Rezeption - alles über unkomplizierten online checkin. Zimmerschlüssel ist ein Zahlencode. Fand ich super - den kann man nicht verlieren.

Cons:

Die Heizung im Bad ging nicht. Kontakt über WhatsApp hat sich sofort gekümmert. Am Ende das Problem allerdings nicht behoben - es ging auch so - aus dem Zimmer kommt genug Wärme ins fensterlose Bad.

Die Lage war super, weil wir sehr schnell von dort aus in der Innenstadt waren.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und comfortabel.
