A tad rough around the edges but a good value
Pros:

good value and good location; good size room for single person

Cons:

The deadbolt lock was broken for my room so I was limited to the doorknob lock. The room was clean, but looked a little dingy and worn. Some public areas had junk and clutter in the corners.

Very good
Pros:

Veranda, comfortable bed and a big fridge. Laundry on the doorstep.

Cons:

Shower could have done with a service as wasn't working too well and would have been nice to have a kettle and cups. .
