Lovely staff and awesome apartment, definitely recommend it
Pros:

The property is very well maintained, the staff are very polite and always eager to help. The apartment is cleaned 2 times/week and the complementary water, beverages and snacks were a nice touch.
I definitely enjoyed my time there and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only downside is the location of the property, quite far from the city center, however, if you’re using Bolt or rent a car, that shouldn’t be a problem. On the positive side, being far from the city center is what makes this property so peaceful and quiet.

Every Single Employee & Guards were 1st Class Respectable & Very Kind to Me as a 1st Time Traveler from Canada - We Got to Know Each Other Quite Well & I Have the Utmost Respect for these Hard Working People of Thailand💯❤️😍🤩🇹🇭

Very good
Pros:

The apartment size is very good, it's very difficult to find similar in Bangkok, the staff is very friendly and helpful, nice view of the golf course

Cons:

It's very close to Don Muang Airport, so the sound of departure planes, might disturb you, while you on the balcony, but inside of the apartment sound insulation is quite decent

Nice but not optimal for families
Pros:

The spaciousness of the apartment was great and it's nice to have access to the pool. The view over the golf course is nice and the location is quiet but close to an area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment had some shortcomings when staying with small kids. Three doors could be locked by our three-year-old from inside a room but could only be unlocked from the outside with a key held by the technician. The water in one bathroom was literally boiling hot if you only turned on the hot tap.
The pool area was poorly maintained with loose floor boards to trip on and broken deck chairs. Likewise all the benches in the park/playground area were in very poor condition.
