Hospitable and friendly.
Pros:

Excellent location and amazing staff. Room was very comfortable with good amenities.

Cons:

There is no TV in the room. We did not mind as we do not watch TV but something to be aware of.

Pros:

The room was nice and had everything necessary. There was a nice shared breakfast room where you can heat up and store your food and hang out. The location was excellent. Very nice staff, they even let us check-in early. :-)

Clean, polite, friendly, and helpful staff, cats!!!

Cons:

No lift. It was so inconvenient as we have 4 luggages and we need to climb to 3rd and 5th floor. The staff helped us carry them but it was a big hassle for us and for the staff. Also, I travelled with my 69 year old mom, that made everything difficult. However, everything else is spot on.

Todo. Estaba en el centro pero en una zona muy tranquila. Los dueños muy amables. Ciertos detalles, como que daban agua gratis, café .. muy bien gracias!!✌️

Sehr gemütlich, gute Lage, einfache aber saubere Einrichtung, Mini-Bar gratis

Cons:

Die Angestellten sind zwar sehr lieb, können aber leider kein englisch. Das ist aber in Thailand allgemein so, weshalb man eine gute Übersetzer-App haben sollte. Die Angestellten waren aber sehr offen und nutzten auch eine Übersetzer-App zur Kommunikation.
