Pros:

Świetna strefa spa, jacuzzi, basen oraz siłownia. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Śniadania smaczne jednak nie było na bieżąco dokładane. Trzeba było czekać lub wcale nie dotarło.
Bar w sobote czynny za krótko bo tylko do 22:00.

Generalnie bardzo dobry pobyt
Pros:

śniadanie, w ogóle kuchnia bardzo dobra. Bardzo dobra obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i w Restauracji (Pani Renata bardzo, bardzo miła). Piękny wystrój. Piękny obiekt. Bardzo dobrze położony turystycznie i biznesowo.

Dobry hotel zabytkowy z klimatem. Smaczne jedzenie. Miła obsługa.

Miły i pomocny personel. Smaczne jedzenie. Wygodne łóżka. Zabytkowa atmosfera. Obecność strefy saun i basenu. Hotel dobrze przemyślany i zrobiony wyjściowo.

Cons:

Zimno w pokoju z powodu niewymienianych uszczelek drzwi i okien (poprawia sytuację klimatyzacja, lecz jakim kosztem?). Brak oświetlenia w saunach. Stosunkowo zimna woda w basenach. Zaniedbane urządzenia "wodne" i elektryczne.

Gustownie odremontowany i urządzony pałac to jedno, ale najważniejsi są ludzie a obsługa w hotelu jest znakomita. Uprzejma, fachowa i sympatyczna, nastawiona na uprzyjemnienie gościom pobytu. Panie w recepcji, panie w spa, pani kelnerka w restauracji - pierwsza klasa. Świetny pstrąg z karty i piwo Sowie Porter :)
