Pros:

Wir waren in einem Familien-Apartment mit Hund. Die Appartements sind nicht im Hotelgebäude, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter, alles noch recht neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer war aber zum Wohnbereich (dort die 2 Betten für die Kinder) nicht durch eine Wand getrennt, was aber nicht gestört hat. Es gibt Blickdichte Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln. Es gibt eine Hotel-Garage für 10€/nacht. Wir haben auch Pool (angenehm warm) und Sauna genutzt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbuffet (zB mit Erdbeer-Orsngen-Smoothie/Mango-mayonaise, Petersilien-Pinienkern-Aufstrich u.a. Was es normalerweise so gibt für 16€/Person einschließlich servierter Getränke war wirklich toll. Auch die Bar ist sehr lauschig und zu empfehlen. Service-Personal überaus freundlich!

The pool.

Cons:

The pool was unavailable the evening we arrived, which reduces a lot the "good value" of the hotel.
The salmon dish was way overpriced and too cooked. All dishes were too salty in general, especially for the kids.

Excellent stay with a few minor inconveniences. I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel

We did not eat the breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel and reception are far away and the original receptionist we had on our first check in (Sept 4th) did not explain to us how the fob works for the car and the garage which made us have to go back and get an explanation. Also, when we checked out the road was blocked off, so, we were unable to drive to the reception to drop off our keys which was hectic because we were in a hurry to return our rental car on time. communication on all of these issues would have helped us a lot and also the road was blocked due to the open market which was noisy for my husband who stayed in the front room.

We loved looking out on the water and it was overall a great experience but I would suggest they consider allowing people staying in the residence bellevue (not the hotel) to do online checkout and to leave their keys in the room to make it easier on them given that checking out can be very hectic and a lot of pressure to get to wherever you are going as a traveler. I would also suggest a better coffee maker with better tasting coffee and some hand towels or paper towels for guests to use to clean up after themselves if/when they are using the kitchenette area. I still give Residence Bellevue a very good rating but think they should take some of these details into consideration because we like many people use air bnb's and these conveniences are provided often at a fraction of the cost of hotels. It's just a matter of keeping up with the times and updating practices.
