Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nell’appartamento situato a 150 m dall’omonimo Hotel. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di bollitore, macchina da caffè con cialde (non incluse) e un lavandino + frigo. Tutto è a pagamento, anche l’acqua. Questa viene offerta solo al momento del check out in comode bottigliette da viaggio. Possibilità di fare colazione a buffet all’hotel (16€ per gli adulti e 8€ per i bambini). Volendo nella zona ci sono molti bar e gelaterie dove poter fare colazione ma la domenica, ad esempio, o sono chiusi o aprono solamente dalle 12h00.
L’hotel possiede un parcheggio al coperto, che preferibilmente deve essere prenotato in anticipo, al costo di 7€. Volendo si può parcheggiare la macchina tutto lungo la passeggiata di fronte all’hotel ricordandosi però di pagare il ticket (obbligatorio sempre/anche la notte e nel weekend).

Never again!
Pros:

I stayed two nights on separate occassions. My experience was similar on both stays. The good: very spacious rooms and hotel overall, one sweet server at the restaurant, location, and facilities.

I did not complain while at the hotel - most of the facilities were good, but how do you address slow and rude behaviour when everyone is slow or rude. Seems systemic at this place.

Cons:

You guessed jt: slowness and rudeness. For example: The manager of the restaurant felt the need to explain for 15 minutes past service start, what the correct pronounciation of german words was (to the staff in their daily briefing), while 10 people queued up to have dinner. Zero interest to end the briefing. In the restaurant I ordered a drink (syrup with water) for a child. The server ‘had never heared of this’, and even after I calmly explained he said ‘well but I don’t know how to charge that’. He then returned proudly with the syrup and tap water and said ‘i won’t charge you for the tap water!’. When the bill came: tap water 4 euro. The service in the restaurant overall was slow - 1 hour plus for 1 main course, 20 minutes wait for a cappuccino at breakfast. Further: the appartments are not in the same building as the hotel rooms. I had issues opening the door. I called rhe reception, and had a really annoying conversation with the receptionist. He pretended I didn’t speak german and kept repeating loudly the actions needed to open the door, which I executed repeatedly for about 10 times. He then finally concluded he needed to send someone. No one came, and it was -2C, raining, and I was with a 4yo and 80yo. In the end I managed and found the room was missing the ‘2 sofa beds’ listed in the ad. I called and the same irritated man answered. Again he pretended I didn’t speak german and I had to explain all the sleeping arrangements and why I needed an extra bed in the room, as was listed. He promised to arrange and upon return from the excruciatingly slow dinner, 1.5hrs later, there still was no bed. Luckily, by now there was a different person at reception, who arranged a bed to be brought to the room within 3 minutes.
Lastly, the towels smell musky, the curtains in the appt rooms do not cover the windows, the rooms are very hot, and the noise insulation in the appt building is absolutely appalling. It’s as if you’re sleeping in a cave and hear all the guests.

Alles toll!
Pros:

Wir waren in einem Familien-Apartment mit Hund. Die Appartements sind nicht im Hotelgebäude, sondern ein paar Häuser weiter, alles noch recht neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer war aber zum Wohnbereich (dort die 2 Betten für die Kinder) nicht durch eine Wand getrennt, was aber nicht gestört hat. Es gibt Blickdichte Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln. Es gibt eine Hotel-Garage für 10€/nacht. Wir haben auch Pool (angenehm warm) und Sauna genutzt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstücksbuffet (zB mit Erdbeer-Orsngen-Smoothie/Mango-mayonaise, Petersilien-Pinienkern-Aufstrich u.a. Was es normalerweise so gibt für 16€/Person einschließlich servierter Getränke war wirklich toll. Auch die Bar ist sehr lauschig und zu empfehlen. Service-Personal überaus freundlich!

Very friendly staff.
The pool.

Cons:

The pool was unavailable the evening we arrived, which reduces a lot the "good value" of the hotel.
The salmon dish was way overpriced and too cooked. All dishes were too salty in general, especially for the kids.
