A la remise des clés on vous demande un chèque de caution alors qu'il y a pas eu d'état des lieux de fait, dans l'appartement la baquette est plaine de tâches la propreté de la baignoire laisse a désirée la fenêtre de la chambre marche mal (ferme mal).pour récupérer mon chèque de caution il faut attendre que l'on fasse l'état des lieux après notre départ. Alors que l'état des lieux doit se faire en présence du locataire. Je n'ai jamais vu cela !

Le canapé n’était pas très confortable et le micro-ondes ne marchait pas bien. Il serait judicieux d'installer une douche à l'italienne au lieu de la baignoire...

Très décevant malgré l'emplacement de la résidence.
Pros:

L'emplacement et la propreté du logement, point.

Cons:

Etablissement vieillissant et mal entretenu. Accès logement sale (linge de maison usagé en permanence en bas de l'escalier, paillassons ! … Espace exiguë et surtout mal agencé. Aucune surface de rangement ni pour la cuisine, ni pour la chambre, à l'exception d'une penderie bien trop grande et sans utilité, avec des casiers inaccessibles. Canapé défoncé. Literie obsolète. Chaises dépareillées. Vaisselle usagée et disparate ( 2 petites cuillères !)

Sehr angenehme Überraschung, die unsere Erwartung übertroffen hat.
Pros:

Eine insgesamt sehr gute Erfahrung, die zur Wiederholung einlädt. Der naturnah gestaltete Komplex mit Parkplätzen und eigenem Außenpool ist ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kleine Einschränkung: Die Matratzen in unserem Schlafzimmer waren schon ziemlich durchgelegen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.
