Pros:

Splendido soggiorno in questa struttura. Cercavamo qualcosa di tranquillo e al tempo stesso da cui si potesse raggiungere il mare a piedi: il posto ha rispettato ogni aspettativa. La vista dal balconcino è davvero un sogno, anche il rumore del mare in ogni momento della giornata. La posizione leggermente alta consente questa vista, ma al tempo stesso in due minuti a piedi si arriva in spiaggia (la salita non è per niente faticosa). Comodo anche il supermercato Decò a pochi passi.
Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile, dalla reception alle pulizie.
Tutto stupendo!

Cons:

Aggiungerei del tendaggio laterale (bianco, nel rispetto dell'estetica del posto) per maggiore privacy tra i balconcini e per proteggere dal sole che picchia al mattino e rende difficile fare colazione fuori (un peccato!) e darei maggiori raccomandazioni ai clienti sull’evitare di tenere musica alta dai telefoni cellulari intrattenere conversazioni in vivavoce (farebbe parte del senso comune che purtroppo spesso manca), che disturbano la bellissima quiete della location

Pros:

Struttura incredibilmente bella, staff accogliente e disponibile. La proprietaria, Cinzia, è venuta a prenderci al porto per portarci gratuitamente in struttura, ha saputo consigliarci escursioni, agenzie di scooter-renting e posti dove mangiare.
tutte le stanze hanno vista mare, un cucinino e un bagno privato. Noi eravamo alloggiati al piano terra, per cui avevamo anche un terrazzino perfetto per fare colazione.

Great experience
Pros:

Beautiful views and the room was clean. Close to the bus stop to go into Lipari. They have a free shuttle from the ferry to the accommodation.

Cons:

More of a note to the owners (we loved everything about the property) - the salt was labeled as sugar which we realized after putting it in our coffee on the first day (oops) and the fridge stopped working during our last night there so some of our food went bad.

Cons:

Costi extra a sorpresa, pulizia scarsa, doccia fatiscente, scarichi maleodoranti, servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani inesistente durante il soggiorno. Materassi scomodi e di scarsa qualità.

Nice, comfortable residence with easy reach of restaurants and shops.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean residence overlooking Canneto. Apartment was tidy, spacious, well-stocked kitchenette. Air-conditioning in every room. We were picked up on arrival at port and dropped back on departure. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. We were welcomed at residence and informed about tours.

Cons:

Apartment above us was a bit noisy late at night - it would have been good to inform guests of quiet hours. There's no footpath on last part of walk to residence so just need to take care with traffic.

La struttura si presenta bene, posizionata in un luogo vicino al centro di Lipari,bisogna spostarsi con un mezzo e dista in scooter circa 5 minuti.
Ho adorato la vista sul mare dalla camera. Una cartolina.
La signora Cinzia ci ha dato vari consigli ed é stata disponibile.
