Please note that the SWIMMING POOL is open from 09:30 until 13:30, from 15:30 until 19:30. Electricity is charged extra and will be calculated at check-out based on consumption.

The Standard apartments are located on the external side of one of the two buildings of Residence Mare Azzurro. They offer the same comfort and services as the other units, while representing a convenient and budget-friendly option within the residence.

City tax may apply from 2026: approx. €1 per person/night (final decision pending).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Uitstekend en zeer zeker van harte aanbevolen
Pros:

De ontvangst door Carlotta Deida: een studente uit Cardedu die hier “vakantiewerk doet”. In haar uitstekende Engels heeft ze ons wegwijs gemaakt, en niets was teveel gevraagd. Ik zou het management willen voorstellen haar extra te belonen. Wij hebben haar op onze laatste dag voor dinner uitgenodigd bij Ristorante Via Mare in Cardedu om haar te bedanken

Pros:

Areál byl krásný, čistý a vše tu funguje. Provozovatel pan Marco vše vysvětlí a v připadě potreby ihned vyřídi požadavky ubytujících. Pokoje krásně vybavene, nová koupelna a v pokojích nové madrace. V obývaku jsou pohovky proleželé. Kuchyň vybavená tak jak je potřeba.

Cons:

Asi bych upozornil na větši hluk od silnice. Ikdyž je tu snížená rychlost tak se stejně nedodržuje a večer i nad ránem se řiší hluk směrem k apartmánům. Občas Vás probere štěkajíci pes.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage Mare Azzurro ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch drei Waschmaschinen und ein Bügeleisen, die benutzt werden können. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Marco alle wichtigen Dinge, der Anlage gezeigt. Wir haben einen Rundgang bekommen. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Auf der Anlage befindet sich noch ein Tennisplatz, Schläger und Bälle können ausgeliehen werden, ebenso gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte die man frei benutzten kann. Wir haben ca. zwei Kilometer von der Anlage einen wirklich traumhaften Strand ohne Menschenansammlung gefunden. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Baunei, Arbatax und Tortoli wo abends auch immer was los ist. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub. Danke dafür.

Die Tage im Mare Azzurro hatten einen großen Anteil an unserem wunderschönen, erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub
Pros:

Tolle Anlage für mit und ohne Kinder. Liegt in guter Lage.
Strände, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in nächster Umgebung vorhanden und in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnungen mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Alles sehr sauber - absolut top! Jeden Morgen wird der Pool gereinigt, jeden Abend wird der Müll der einzelnen Wohnungen entsorgt.

Sehr gut organisiert alles. Sowohl das Check in und -out als auch die Pflege der Anlage.
Und Marco und Carlotta sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich mit Ihrer freundlichen und offenen Art um alle Belange der Gäste kümmern.

Cons:

Das WLAN konnte man während unserem Aufenthalts nur im Bereich des der Pools empfangen.
Ab kommenden Jahr, wenn die Anlage im Mai zur neuen Saison öffnet, sind alle Wohnungen mit WLAN Router ausgestattet.

Un havre de paix : toujours un plaisir de revenir au Mare Azzurro après une journée de vadrouille
Pros:

J'ai aimé la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'efficacité du personnel.
La grande piscine est superbe, des BBQ sont disponibles et une table de ping pong permet de s'amuser.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était bien.
S'il faut vraiment trouver qqchose à redire, je dirai que l'isolation entre logement est un peu leger.

Für Familien mit Kindern ist vorallem der große Pool super

Cons:

Leider sind in der Nachbarschaft Hunde die die ganze Nacht bellen. Dadurch ist schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich.

Heerlijke vakantie met mooi zwembad!
Pros:

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooi zwembad met veel ligbedjes, mooi aangelegde tuin. Groot balkon bij het appartement. Er is een plek om te bbqen, tafeltennistafel met bijbehorende batjes. Mooie strandjes in de omgeving. Mooi natuur in de omgeving. Rustig berggebied. Wij hebben naast de stranden ook een bergriviertje bezocht om in te zwemmen en zijn naar een wijngaard in de buurt geweest.

Cons:

Wij hadden een balkon wat grensde aan de weg. Deze was druk en gehorig. Binnen heb je hier geen last van. De meeste appartementen liggen mooier en rustiger. In Cardedu zelf is weinig te doen. Veel wespen.

Really helpful staff
Pros:

Spotlessly clean apartment. Apartments are designed so each balcony feels private. The large balconies and verandas are not overlooked by other apartments. Air con fine. For a self catering accommodation it is great.

Grounds well maintained and surrounded by mature trees and plants. Very pretty. There is an automatic gate operated by key fob which helps the site feel private and secure.

The pool is great, again set amongst palm trees with plenty of sunbeds.

The staff (Marco, Enrico and Carlotta) were helpful and friendly, communicating with us by WhatsApp before our arrival, and providing lots of useful information while we were there. It seemed like a great place to bring small children.

Cons:

Not a criticism just info to help others; due to the location, nothing is in walking distance so you absolutely do need a car. This isn't a problem and we really liked the quiet location. There are plenty of beaches and restaurants etc within 5-10 minutes driving distance. The nearest shop for drinks and groceries is only a few minutes away by car.

Payment in advance is via bank transfer. Its probably more secure to do it that way but it felt a little strange and felt less secure! It was all fine though!

Pros:

Value for money was good, tennis court, pool, bbq area and ping pong table made it fun to stay there all day.

Cons:

It is out of the way, you need a car to travel around and get to restaurants, but in the same sense it is lovely and quiet. The wifi is not very good, it is only at the pool and even there the connection is quite weak

Southern-Ogliastra: great beaches, fantastic mountains.
Pros:

Well organized for welcome, stay and departure. Great Pool, appartement large enough for 4, very large fridge, nice terrace. About 5 minutes by car to several very good beaches with free parking. Discreet and able tennant. Good eateries in the vicinity, with help of Mare azzuro

Cons:

Appartments close to the road have to endure the noise. Openingtimes of the pool feel strange: no morningswim, no late-eveningswim. Probably because of noisy children during summer, but in September..?
