Pleasant stay
Pros:

The best thing about this property is location, its close to everything, and that you could do some cooking if you wish. After the first night i was offered to change to a 1st floor appartment which was way better and I felt much more relaxed.
2 bottles of water in the room and an iron, that was very important for me ( which is also why i picked this propery)

Cons:

On my arrival i got allocated to stay on the groud floor and it was wayy to specious and did not feel anything cosy, no proper window views and close to the outside door, At night i could not sleep because the the doors kept being slammed loudly by the people coming back in. But thankfully, the next day when i mentioned this, i got offered to move to a different place which was way better and cosier. but one thing i noticed that all the dishes i took were dirty, not properly cleaned. TV was with 2 tv controls and i was showed how to use it yet it never really worked properly for me ( not that i dont know how to use them)

Pros:

Buena ubicación, personal amable y profesional, tranquilo para descansar.

Cons:

El cabezal de la ducha estaba roto y salía agua por todas partes, menos la importante por lavarse.
El colchón un poco hundido en el medio, fino y no muy cómodo la verdad.

Super hotel
Pros:

Hotel był naprawdę super, w świetnej lokalizacji. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Wszytskie przydatne sprzęty dostępne są w wyposażeniu pokoju. Patio również dostępne dla wszystkich w fajnym sycylijskim stylu, a okolica spokojna i bezpieczna.

Pros:

El apartamento era amplio, las camas cómodas y está bien ubicado, aunque después de subir una empinada cuesta. Se puede aparcar perfectamente, pero es zona azul.

Cons:

Nos dieron un apartamento para minusválidos, y la ducha era sin plato. No tapaba la cortina por ningún lado, por lo que, cada vez que te duchabas, se encharcaba el baño y había que recoger el agua antes de salir de la misma si no te querías matar. (Con un cubo roto y una fregona con cuatro pelos)

Clean.
Close to Paiza duomo.
Stove/cookware present even though I didn't use it.
Toiletries, hair dryer, iron box provided.
The air conditioner/ heating is effective.

Cons:

Next to the main road. Traffic noise starts early in the morning.
No tea/coffee.
No dresser in the room
The shower is messy, and there is no separate enclosure. The whole bathroom gets wet every time you take a shower.

Bella esperienza
Pros:

Personale in reception cordiale, sempre disponibile, sorridente, efficiente nel risolvere i problemi. Bella residenza d'epoca, centrale ma con cortile interno silenzioso. I serramenti molto ben isolanti dal rumore della via.

Cons:

La suite avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di leggera manutenzione e il materasso che mi è parso di livello un pò economico (si percepiscono nettamente le molle interne)

Tolle Lage, ruhig. Schöne Anlage. Das Apartment hatte leider nur im Schlafzimmer ein Fenster. Ich konnte mein Fahrrad mit ins Apartment nehmen und dieses war barrierefrei.

Tranquilidad y espacio.
Pros:

Los ambientes son muy amplios y cómodos. La ubicación céntrica, en el casco histórico pero con mucha facilidad para encontrar estacionamiento para el auto. El personal siempre muy amable y atento.
