Excelente localização, apartamento muito organizado, cama boa, os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos, limpeza do ambiente.

Cons:

Havia um evento com música muito alta próximo ao local que atrapalhou muito a noite de sono.

Me senti enganada ... cuidado Mofo .

A localização é ótimo.
Ter piscina e um ponto positivo.

O AP estava com muito cheiro de mofo .
O anúncio inclui a banheira e máquina de lavar roupas , porém após reserva fui informada que a banheira não poderia ser utilizada pois não estava funcionando, que a máquina de lavar só poderia ser usada para roupas de cama do AP.
Me senti enganada .
Para entrar no chuveiro tem que ficar dentro da banheira , difícil mobilidade .
Pessoas mais idosas terá muita dificuldade.
O prédio é bem antigo porém parece bem cuidado .
