Beautiful sunsets and sound of waves
Pros:

Location and the balcony with front sea view where you fell asleep with a sound of the waves and enjoy the sunsets. Very central but on the quiet street with no traffic on nights. Comfortable bed and white newly fresh towels, complimentary bottle of water on arrival and very efficient communication with Maurizio the owner.

Cons:

Everything is quite dated in the flat but advantages above beat it all.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer am Rande der Altstadt von Cefalù und ist mit alle Notwendigen ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber.

Mauricio siempre está atento a nuestra necesidad. Muy gentil. Nos recibió con un buen vino siciliano. hermoso departamento. El balcón con vista al mar es espectacular. Desayunar ahí con las gaviotas que pasan planeando casi al alcance de la mano, es increíble. Verdaderamente LO RECOMIENDO !!!

Pros:

The view from the balcony was amazing. And, the location was excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. Maurizio, the host, was friendly, warm and welcoming. I so appreciated his thoughtful gift, a lovely bottle of wine.

Beautiful view, excellent location, warm and welcoming host
Pros:

Exceptional location and cleanliness. The ocean facing terrace was unreal and I will never forget that view. Location was so convenient; steps away from city centre and amenities. Everything was spotless and Maurizio made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. 10/10

Couldn't get enough of this lovely gem!
Pros:

We couldn't get enough of Miramare! Everything was exceptional. The view was stunning! In daylight it was the beautiful sea view, and at night it was the star-studded sky. Having breakfast and a tea break at the balcony was incredibly delightful while listening to the sound of crashing waves.
The apartment was very clean with amenities (mini kitchen, utensils, microwave...)
The location is excellent! You're right in the old town. Additionally, there's a laundromat and supermarkets close by. Many cafes and restaurants all within walking distance.
The cherry on top was our host, Maurizio, who was incredibly warm, welcoming and eager to help. He gave us tips on where to eat in Cefalu. Such an incredible person. I loved the Sicilian hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay in MiraMare Residence. Maurizio welcomed us with his warm presence and the room had every we could wish for. The amazing view from the terrace is the icing on the cake. The sunsets from here are amazing!
