Lovely staff and fantastic room.
Pros:

The staff were lovely - very polite and helpful. They spoke English, so we could ask them about restaurants to recommend and directions etc. A typical example was that, when it was raining, they insisted on holding the umbrella over us to protect us when getting into a taxi.
The room was everything we asked for with a large fridge and equipment.
The pool was on the roof and, although the pool was small, it was adequate for a hotel of this size and also one that is so close to a beach. There were steps to climb to get to the pool which would be more difficult for those with mobility problems.
The hotel were very accommodating as they kept our cases for us when we had a 3 day break at Hue and returned then for one night.

Cons:

Breakfast was part of the reservation. The fruit selection was good and there were options for fried eggs and omelette, but the bread option was limited - being just white sliced.

Some of the area around the hotel is under construction, but this applies to many parts of Da Nang.

Great location, wonderful stay with delicious breakfast and staff that couldn't do enough for you.
Pros:

Great breakfast even better location not too busy away from the main streets, perfect for what we needed. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Swimming pool area could use a little maintenance just a bit of a clean up etc. But also the weather was very rainy when we visited so perhaps not even a major problem at all. Beds are also very hard which may be an issue for some.

Great stay
Pros:

Great staff! Comfortable room and bed. Loved having the kitchen area to do some light cooking. After traveling for months, it felt great to prepare my own food. Roof pool was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast is quite limited.

A relaxing stay
Pros:

An apartment style hotel with spacious rooms that include a kitchenette. In a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach, with a very comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast choice is limited but done well. The service from the staff is a particular stand out, very welcoming and efficient in every aspect

Really nice place
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with nice rooftop area and pool. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly. The beach is 3min away on foot. Breakfast was also really nice and the laundry service was cheap and good.

Cons:

The view out of the window was to another building, so there only was a wall, but i did not really care about that.
