The Wi-Fi was quite problematic—if you need to work, you may experience frequent disconnections and slow speed. The towels were stained when we first arrived, but they replaced them immediately when we asked. There was a medium-sized cockroach in the room, although this might be somewhat common in the area. In the mornings, there can be some noise from outside, such as barking dogs and construction sounds, which are not really under the hotel’s control.

The room smelled very moldy and the bed extremely sweaty. There was warms all over the apartment. They were in beds, mattresses, at every single wall and curtains. I asked for a room change but it was not available. I asked housekeeping to do sanitation to the room next day, they had only wiped half of the warms of. I had to buy insect repellent spray and do it myself. The room smelled so bad that i had so bad headache the whole time. There was also lizzard and cockroaches running in the room. There was dead bird at the pool. The staff did not understand or cared about cleaning or maintaining the place at all. There was someone toothbrush also in the plants. Very bad experience.

The room is much smaller than apears in the booking, they say 30 mp, but is actually half, this is a scam. Cleaning ladys came just somethimes to clean, we were out of toilet paper and nobody was to find

Посуду пришлось очень тщательно отмывать перед использованием. Совсем немного плесени в душевой.
В номере на 2м этаже интернет работал плохо, но нас переселили по просьбе и проблема исчезла.

Уборка. Новый отель к сожалению в запущенной стадии. Уборка очень плохая. В зоне бассейна лежаки и столы пыльные и грязные, полы грязные. Балкон в песке и листьях.Вода в бассейне прозрачная. Комнаты большие , но уборка в лучшем случае 2 раза в неделю и то это трудно назвать уборкой ( унитаз не мыли, душевую тоже)Туалетную бумагу постоянно надо было просить , полотенца с дырками и пятнами.Занавески грязные и рваные. На ресепшен почти не говорят на английском , работники не дружелюбные. До пляжа мин 10 пешком . Хороший отель загубили грязью и не дружелюбным персоналом.Персонал не здоровается и даже иногда отворачивается и делает вид что вас не видят .

I stayed there for two weeks and my room was serviced only twice.

Allocated room was at the back with a VERY close up view of the back wall and aircon units of a hotel. We moved to the front at, what I thought was quite a large price increase.I enquired the price for a monthly stay. It was too much as similar apartments are available in the area at much lower prices, easily found by just strolling around and enquiring.
