Es könnte sauberer sein. Das Zimmer war okay, aber nicht sehr sauber. Der Gang war total verschmutzt. In der Nacht wurden wir ausgesperrt, und mussten laut schreien aber es hat uns zum Glück jemand gehört. Am nächsten Tag hat sich Carol entschuldigt, sie hatte vergessen uns den Tür Code zu geben.

I recently had the opportunity to book a room through an online platform for a short stay, and unfortunately, my experience turned out to be less than stellar. The entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated and let down, prompting me to share my honest review.

Firstly, communication with the host proved to be a major issue. Despite receiving a confirmation email for my reservation, when I arrived at the designated location, the host, who happened to be a woman, claimed she had not been notified of my booking. This lack of coordination and communication set a negative tone for the entire experience.

To make matters worse, the host proposed an alternative solution: a different apartment located 1.3 kilometers away. Considering I had chosen the initial location for its convenience, this change was highly inconvenient. The unexpected distance added an extra layer of hassle to my already frustrated state.

Upon arriving at the alternative apartment, I was greeted by an entirely different scene than what I had anticipated based on the online photos. The discrepancy between the advertised interior and the actual state of the apartment was stark and disheartening. The furniture and decor were not only different but also of a noticeably lower quality than what had been presented in the listing.

The overall cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, suggesting a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the guest experience. The discrepancy between expectations and reality left me feeling misled and dissatisfied with the entire booking process.

While I understand that discrepancies can sometimes occur, the lack of communication and the significant differences between the advertised property and the one I ended up staying in were disappointing. As a customer, I value transparency and reliability when booking accommodations, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. I hope

The room was unsanitary, the floor was sticky, the bathroom smelled bad, the kitchen and the bedroom were smelly. I smelled dirty in the kitchen, the sheets were stained, the blankets were off my sheets. I had to put them on myself. There was no drinking water for me.

for the super affordable pricing, I am paying for what I get. but if I were to critique a little, I would say that the dust worms needs to be cleared from the walls and the ceilings from inside and outside of the room! thankfully we are familiar with these little creatures and we know they are harmless thus we chose to ignore them. there are some visible black mould behind the paint in the kitchen and also at the headboard which are peeling off so that needs to be sorted out too as it can be a health hazard in the long run. the property doesn’t provide laundry and dish washing detergents so you will have to pack or buy your own. the kitchen also lacked some basic fork and spoons and bowls… it will be good to have a microwave too. the pillows and mattress are very thin but surprisingly my husband and I slept very well!
