la terrasse au rc à l'ombre

Cons:

Dans la description de la résidence sur internet, il est indiqué qu'elle dispose d'une piscine chauffée. or la piscine est fermée depuis janvier 2025. On m'a répondu que les plates formes avaient été informées de cette fermeture et il est vrai que cet atout n'est pas mis en avant. Cela dit, le prix modeste de l'hébergement empêche toute réclamation sur ce point.

Lovely grounds and very peaceful location with easy access to beaches, towns, restaurants etc
Pros:

Peaceful location with good access to the nearby beaches west of Erdevan and the interesting towns of Vannes and Quimper . Some good restaurants near Carnac, Edel, Plouharnel . Car parking is excellent.

Cons:

The apartmement was smaller than we expected and as pictured online and the bedroom is particularly tight.

Pros:

Well thought out self catering in a historic chateau. Interiors are modern but comfortable and practical, grounds extensive and attractive, adjacent to a public park which was once the wider chateau park. Ten minutes walk from Erdeven, which has good facilities (supermarket, launderette, petrol station etc), and a few good creperies. Ten minutes drive from Carnac with a good range of places to eat, Erdeven beach with its sporting facilities, and the Ria Etel with its sights and places to eat. A good base for the area.

Cons:

Was not clear when booking that the pool is closed from the end of Aug. Erdeven itself is a bit short on places to eat out, so need to drive if looking for more than just a crepe.

Logement bien équipé en electro ménager et en vaisselle.
Existence d'un ascenseur
Très calme, aucun bruit

Cons:

Le couchage, qui a mis nos vertèbres à rude épreuve. La chambre mériterait un matelas de meilleure qualité.
Un détail : les sacs poubelles ne sont pas adaptés à la poubelle.
