Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Taxi zum Flughafen über Unterkunft bestellt, für 2:00 nachts - zuverlässig und sehr pünktlich abgeholt.

Die Lage war optimal, mitten in der Stadt von hier aus erreicht man alles in ein paar Minuten

Cons:

Auch wenn wir nicht in der gebuchten Unterkunft untergebracht waren. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

agréable séjour petit bémol les travaux dans l'immeuble mitoyen très tôt le matin.

Très bien situé dans le centre , appartement spacieux et très propre , petite cuisine bien équipée .

Cons:

Une petite table et 2 chaises serait bien venu pour le balcon .

Rent och städat, bra sängar, bra ljudisolerat.

Die Lage ist super. Allerdings war es nicht an der angegebenen Adresse. Aber das "Ersatzappartement" war auch sehr gut. Gute und warme Betten.

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir eigentlich alles. Da es nicht kalt war, konnte ich nicht herausfinden, ob die Klimaanlage auch heizt. Das wäre ein wichtiger Aspekt für Überwinterer.

Pros:

Ich hatte nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekommen und war im Pier House gelandet. Aber es war alles in Ordnung. Die Lage TOP.. sogar seitlich Hafenblick..und andere Seite was von der Showbühne Weihnachtsmarkt erhaschen. Klar das ein gewisser Lärmpegel da ist aber die geschlossene Balkon Tür half.

Cons:

Also für eine Selbstversorgung war die Miniküche bedingt geeignet..minimalste Ausstattung. Kein Geschirrhandtuch keine Schere kein gescheites Schneidemamesser, Sieb, Schüsseln Dosen. Aber ich habe es auch nicht gebraucht..aber Wert darauf legt..der Kühlschrank war eine MINIBAR...also der war auch ausgeräumt noch MINI

Aquando da entrega da chave foi dito que não ficaríamos no apartamento reservado porque há dias que este se encontrava em obras. Porque razão essa informação não foi comunicada atempadamente? Terá sido para colocar os hóspedes entre a "espada e a parede" e, ou aceitavam a alteração ou não tinham alojamento? No entanto, e como apartamento de substituição não tinha a mesma localização do reservado não aceitamos a substituição.
Valeu, contudo, a preciosa ajuda da Booking.com na resolução da situação.

Pros:

Was taken to a different apartment block owned by the Same company. The flat was of a good standard with a good location. Clean and well serviced with clean towels etc every day. A great flat if you want to eat out for all your meals.

Cons:

Cooking facilities were a little limited. It had adequate crockery and cutlery and pots and pans for two people. Coffee machine but no kettle, but got by with use of microwave. No instructions leaflet to use induction stove top. Small Fridge was full of alcohol bottles leaving little storage for food. The only bin was a little bin next to toilet.

Fijne locatie in centrum van Funchal
Pros:

Fijne locatie in het centrum. Wij parkeerde bij Santa Luzia/ 8 october parking, dat was prima te doen, 5 euro per dag en ongeveer 10 min lopen naar het appartement. Ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig kunt hebben, keuken, wasmachine. Wij waren er 10 dagen en er is 1x schoongemaakt en handdoeken verschoont, voor ons was dit prima. Al met al was het voor de prijs-kwaliteit een goed verblijf.

Cons:

Na een tijdje was het warme water op dus dit was vervelend voor de persoon die als tweede ging douchen. Keukengerei voelde wat muffig/ oud. Inchecken ging telefonisch, onze vlucht kwam heel vroeg aan maar we konden niet eerder inchecken.
