The holiday was wonderful, but the price of the room was visible from above

Cons:

во первых, неизвестно кому принадлежит какая комната. В гостинице разные хозяева, хотя это одна гостиница. во вторых, когда резервировала входило в оплату, по крайней мере у меня так было указано: завтрак, сауна. в итоге оказалось все это за отдельную плату. Очень тонкие стены, соседи были шумные и ночью очень плохо спалось. Шторы комнаты держались плохо и сразу выпали и в итоге пришлось спать в светлой комнате. Мне все не понравилось в этой гостинице. Не рекомендую.

Pros:

I chose this because it had a pool, but you have to pay extra to use it.
The room was OK, the curtains didn't close properly and kept falling off the rail.
The shower head was not working properly.
Location was OK, if you don't mind walking uphill back from ski lifts.

Pros:

this GT is organizing very well, they forgot just one thing : soap (probably accidentally), other than that, very easy to access, the room is very comfortable, Atrium is in a very good location, SPA is good really functional. In the apart, there were everything, stove, toaster, french press, kitchen ware, ... water is running very strong, hot water is perfect .... There is a market very close,, all restaurants, cafes, ski rooms, gondola, only 5-10 minutes walk,,, if there is enough snow, you can ski in ski out...

Only the restaurant, the service , the quality is very low

Overall the place was good , however , the bed was terrible , it was lumpy and uncomfortable, so much so that I had to sleep on the couch in order to get some sleep.

It was the best option for family
We were with 2 small kids , we were super comfortable
Kids didn’t want to go home
All appliances were there and everything to the small details
We were 7 nights and it was quite
Super hot but was advantage for us
Lots of bedding and towels
There is smart tv, safe box , toaster , washing machine
Apartment new and well planned
There is ski depo on -1 floor
Super close to gondola lift, just go -1 floor and ski down
There is good wifi
We loved it

Cons:

We wish someone told us about -1 floor, we were first 2 days walking all the way through the main road to gondola lift
If was another access card , would be easier

it was a big appartment

Cons:

it was noisy - loud neighbors and parties in the outside pub right in front of the building
didn't like the pictures I saw when I reserved were very very far from the real apartment
when there is not enough snow, the location of the apartment is problematic - from the gondola you need to go up with all the equipment - with kids and equipment this is a challenge

Great Atrium apartment
Pros:

Apartment looks exectly like in the pics
Very comfortable bed and pillow (for me at least)

Good location looking over the town square

Very good water pressure and consistent temp in the shower. Good shower heads both regular and waterfall.

Second floor location is perfect so no need to wait alot of time to the elevator and if it's not working then not too much hiking up the stairs.

Very good lighting throughout the room

Very good kitchen with all amenities

The building itself is the only ski in/out in new gudauri

Cons:

Only one key to the room. Very hard to manage like that with the ski locker if there is more than one person using it and not always riding together.

The fridge is too big for the room. While it gives lots of storage space it is also a little bit noisy so if you are sensitive to noises while trying to fall asleep you might want to unplug it at night.
