Pros:

We spent 10 days at this property. great location and a very spacious property. Apartment is opposite to small park which was good to walk around and also near some small grocery store. Staffs were really kind and always ready to help whenever it was required.

Property run by goons, no locks on bathroom doors
Pros:

Property was clean.

Cons:

I went their with my wife and friends. We were 3 couple.

Rooms were small, no locks in batheoom doors. Flush was leaking and needed a repair. No utensils and water in the kitchen. RO needed a service. Property being handled by some goons.

31st dec. We checked in at 5.30 pm and 7 pm property owner called, was talking rudely, threatning to make us checkout from the property and take help from his SHO friend to ruin our stay. We never argued with anyone regarding music and we agreed to turn the volume down, although it was a small single speaker. Still he said "Pange lene hain lelo, phr baithna thane mein". These were his words that too when we never said anything. The care taker just handed over the phone to me and the owner started shouting. Owner wanted us to pay for his farmhouse if we want to play music.

After this, we turned the music almost off still after 2 hours care taker came again and this time property manager was on the call and said that we are making noises. They stopped disturbing us after we told them to come with police and talk to us face to face.

Conclusion- Rude staff, property is just being run by some goons. Not recommended for a peaceful stay. Book this property if you are a goon yourself.

Spacious Apartment
Pros:

Spacious, bright, airy apartment. Can cook meal easily. Would again stay here. Good housekeeping staff. Apartment is opposite to small park which was good to walk around.

Cons:

Twin room mattresses need to be improved. Kitchen utensils can improve. From the main road due the barrier wall, on ocassion taxi driver can take wrong turn.

Worst experience ever 😢
Pros:

Nothing at all. As they are bunch of inhumans running the hotel. I haven’t received the bill yet as they denied to give me one. I have attached the screenshots

Cons:

The owner started chasing us 2 hrs before the checkout. They will lie to you about the facilities. The owner Arvind Verma even called me to threaten me. They charged us extra 600 for electricity which is super strange. They charged us some hidden tax charges and upon checking with booking.com there’s no hidden cost included. They even put me on no show to save their commission. The air conditioners were not working and in the worst condition. The owner is some uneducated ill mannered haryanvi goon who doesn’t know the meaning of hospitality and have no respect for women too

Pros:

We spent unforgettable 5 days in Gurgaon. We stayed at Bedchambers serviced apartment. Staff is very pleasant. Especially, Arvind is pleasant workers. We are always met with smile and gladness! We are extremely satisfied by their work and attitude.
